Abstract
【課題】保熱ゾーンから冷却ブロワを廃して設備製造コストを削減しながらも、多数のヒートパターンを実現でき、もって様々な鋼種の鋼板を製造することのできる合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備と合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造方法を提供すること。
【解決手段】昇温ゾーンZ1、保熱ゾーンZ2、冷却ゾーンZ3を順に備えた合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備100であって、冷却ゾーンZ3には第1、第2の冷却ブロワ32,33が配設され、保熱ゾーンZ2と第1の冷却ブロワ32の吸い込み側の位置の間には第1の制御弁41が介在する連結ダクト40が設けられ、第1の冷却ブロワ32の吹き出し側の位置には第2の制御弁51が介在して外部に通じる放散ダクト50が設けられ、保熱ゾーンZ2における鋼板搬送方向上流側の位置には外気を吸引する開閉ゲート22が設けられ、設備内を保熱モードと冷却モードで運転する制御部60を備えている。

Description
図1は本発明の合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備の構成図である。図1で示すように、鋼板Kは、めっき槽B内にある溶融金属のめっき浴M内を連続的に浸漬されて(X1方向)溶融金属めっき処理がおこなわれた後、めっき槽Bから引き上げられ、次いでガスワイピング装置Wから鋼板Kの未凝固めっき面にガスが吹き付けられて溶融金属の付着量が調整される。このように溶融金属の付着量が調整された鋼板Kは、合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備100へ搬送される。
Claims (4)
- 昇温ゾーン、保熱ゾーン、および冷却ゾーンを順に備え、めっき浴に浸漬された鋼板が昇温ゾーン、保熱ゾーン、および冷却ゾーンの順に搬送されるように構成された合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備であって、
冷却ゾーンには第1、第2の冷却ブロワが配設され、
保熱ゾーンにおける鋼板搬送方向下流側の位置と第1の冷却ブロワの吸い込み側の位置の間には第1の制御弁が介在する連結ダクトが設けられ、
第1の冷却ブロワの吹き出し側の位置には第2の制御弁が介在して外部に通じる放散ダクトが設けられ、
保熱ゾーンにおける鋼板搬送方向上流側の位置には外気を吸引する開閉ゲートが設けられ、
設備内を保熱モードと冷却モードで運転する制御部を備えている、合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備。 - 保熱モードで運転される際には、第1の制御弁と第2の制御弁が閉じられ、第1、第2の冷却ブロワから冷却エアが冷却ゾーンに供給される制御が制御部にて実行される、請求項1に記載の合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備。
- 冷却モードで運転される際には、第1の制御弁と第2の制御弁と開閉ゲートが開かれ、第1、第2の冷却ブロワから冷却エアが冷却ゾーンに供給され、開閉ゲートを介して外気が保熱ゾーンに供給される制御が制御部にて実行される、請求項1に記載の合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備。
- 請求項2または3に記載の合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造設備を使用して合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板を製造する、合金化亜鉛めっき鋼板製造方法。
