- ノーズピースを有し、その中に少なくとも1つの流体供給口を形成するよう構成された流体供給体と、
前記少なくとも1つの流体供給口に最も近い前記ノーズピースの外面から外側に延伸するよう構成され、外周縁を有し、且つ前記外周縁内に形成された半導体チップ取り付け面を有する台座と、
前記台座の前記外周縁に隣接する前記外面から外側に延伸するよう構成されたフレキシブル回路接合面と、
前記外周縁と前記フレキシブル回路接合面の間に設置されるよう構成された損傷低減構造と、を含む
流体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記損傷低減構造が、前記外周縁と前記フレキシブル回路接合面を隔離するよう構成された空所である
請求項1に記載の流体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記損傷低減構造が、耐食性圧縮部材を含む
