Abstract
【解決手段】第一チューブポンプ10及び第二チューブポンプ20は、モータMより手前側においてモータMの左右に、平面視において第一ロータ12の第一回転軸13及び第二ロータ22の第二回転軸23が出力軸Sに対して垂直となるように配置され、出力軸Sから出力される動力を第一ロータ12に伝動する第一伝動機構30は、出力軸Sの第一方向への回転を第一ロータ12に伝動するが第二方向への回転を第一ロータ12に伝動しない第一クラッチ機構を備え、出力軸Sから出力される動力を第二ロータ22に伝動する第二伝動機構40は、出力軸Sの第二方向への回転を第二ロータ22に伝動するが第一方向への回転を第二ロータ22に伝動しない第二クラッチ機構を備えている。

Claims (5)
- 飲料ディスペンサに備えられ、飲料が封入された袋状の容器から飲料を注出するポンプ機構であって、
飲料が封入された袋状の第一容器に接続された第一チューブの途中に設置される第一チューブポンプと、飲料が封入された袋状の第二容器に接続された第二チューブの途中に設置される第二チューブポンプと、前記第一チューブポンプ及び第二チューブポンプを駆動する一台のモータと、を備え、
前記モータは、出力軸が該ポンプ機構の奥側から手前側に延びるように配置され、
前記第一チューブポンプ及び前記第二チューブポンプは、前記モータより前記手前側において前記モータの左右に、平面視において前記第一チューブポンプが備える第一ロータの第一回転軸及び前記第二チューブポンプが備える第二ロータの第二回転軸が前記モータの出力軸に対して垂直となるように配置され、
前記出力軸から出力される動力を前記第一ロータに伝動する第一伝動機構と、
前記出力軸から出力される動力を前記第二ロータに伝動する第二伝動機構と、を備え、
前記第一伝動機構は、前記出力軸の第一方向への回転を前記第一ロータに伝動するが、前記出力軸の第二方向への回転を前記第一ロータに伝動しない第一クラッチ機構を備え、
前記第二伝動機構は、前記出力軸の前記第二方向への回転を前記第二ロータに伝動するが、前記出力軸の前記第一方向への回転を前記第二ロータに伝動しない第二クラッチ機構を備えているポンプ機構。 - 前記第一伝動機構は、前記出力軸と平行かつ前記第一回転軸と交差する又は食い違う第一伝動軸に備えられるとともに前記出力軸に備えられた出力歯車からの動力が伝動される第一入力歯車と、前記第一入力歯車とともに回転可能に配置されるとともに前記第一回転軸に相対回転不能に備えられた第一被伝動歯車と噛み合う第一伝動歯車と、を備え、
前記第二伝動機構は、前記出力軸と平行かつ前記第二回転軸と交差する又は食い違う第二伝動軸に備えられるとともに前記出力歯車からの動力が伝動される第二入力歯車と、前記第二入力歯車とともに回転可能に配置されるとともに前記第二回転軸に相対回転不能に備えられた第二被伝動歯車と噛み合う第二伝動歯車と、を備え、
前記第一入力歯車は、前記第一クラッチ機構を介して前記第一伝動軸に支持され、
前記第二入力歯車は、前記第二クラッチ機構を介して前記第二伝動軸に支持され、
前記第一入力歯車及び前記第二入力歯車のいずれか一方は、前記出力歯車と直接噛み合い、いずれか他方は中継歯車を介して噛み合う請求項1に記載のポンプ機構。 - 前記第一チューブポンプは、前記第一ロータに備えられた第一ローラの軌道に沿った円弧状の内周面を有する第一チューブガイドを備え、
前記第一チューブガイドは、前記内周面に沿って移動する前記第一ローラによって前記第一チューブを扱くための拘束姿勢と、前記第一チューブを着脱するために前記第一ローラから前記手前側に離間した解放姿勢とに姿勢切替可能に構成され、
前記第二チューブポンプは、前記第二ロータに備えられた第二ローラの軌道に沿った円弧状の内周面を有する第二チューブガイドを備え、
前記第二チューブガイドは、前記内周面に沿って移動する前記第二ローラによって前記第二チューブを扱くための拘束姿勢と、前記第二チューブを着脱するために前記第二ローラから前記手前側に離間した解放姿勢とに姿勢切替可能に構成されている請求項2に記載のポンプ機構。 - 前記第一伝動歯車及び前記第二伝動歯車はウォームであり、前記第一被伝動歯車及び前記第二被伝動歯車はウォームホイールである請求項2又は3に記載のポンプ機構。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポンプ機構が備えられた飲料ディスペンサ。
