Claims (8)
- 取付部と、
前記取付部に固定されるフランジを一端に有するシャフトと、
前記シャフトを覆い且つ前記シャフトに対して相対移動可能なシリンダと、を含むエアバランス機構であって、
前記取付部及び前記フランジのうち少なくとも一方の接触部分には、逃げ部が設けられており、
前記逃げ部と異なる位置で前記フランジと前記取付部を固定する1以上の固定ボルトと、
前記逃げ部と重なる位置の前記フランジを通して前記取付部にねじ込まれることで、前記シャフトの姿勢を調整可能な1以上の調整ボルトと、を有する
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 請求項1記載のエアバランス機構において、
当該エアバランス機構は、前記シャフトの姿勢の調整時に、前記シリンダ内にエアを供給するエア供給部を有する
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 請求項1又は2記載のエアバランス機構において、
前記フランジは、平面視で正円形状に形成され、その中心点に前記シャフトの延在部分の軸心が一致するように固定され、
前記逃げ部は、前記フランジを内側に浅く凹ませた凹部によって構成され、
前記凹部は、前記フランジの同心正円形状で且つ前記シャフトの延在部分の外径よりも大径に形成されている
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 請求項3記載のエアバランス機構において、
前記固定ボルトと前記調整ボルトは、前記フランジの径方向に沿って並設される
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエアバランス機構において、
前記取付部は、前記固定ボルト及び前記調整ボルトがそれぞれねじ込まれる複数の雌ネジ部を有し、
前記複数の雌ネジ部は、前記固定ボルトの締結力よりも前記調整ボルトの締結力が大きい
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエアバランス機構において、
前記固定ボルトと前記調整ボルトは、互いに同形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構。 - 取付部と、前記取付部に固定されるフランジを一端に有するシャフトと、前記シャフトを覆い且つ前記シャフトに対して相対移動可能なシリンダと、を含むエアバランス機構の姿勢調整方法であって、
前記取付部及び前記フランジのうち少なくとも一方の接触部分には、逃げ部が設けられており、
1以上の固定ボルトによって前記逃げ部と異なる位置で前記フランジと前記取付部を固定する固定ステップと、
前記固定ステップ後に、1以上の調整ボルトを、前記逃げ部と重なる位置の前記フランジを通して前記取付部にねじ込むことで、前記シャフトの姿勢を調整する調整ステップと、を有する
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構の姿勢調整方法。 - 請求項7記載のエアバランス機構の姿勢調整方法であって、
前記調整ステップでは、エア供給部により前記シリンダ内にエアを供給して、前記シリンダから抜けるエア量に基づき前記シャフトの姿勢を調整する
ことを特徴とするエアバランス機構の姿勢調整方法。
