Abstract
【解決手段】角度変位及び軸方向変位を許容しつつトルク伝達可能に構成された摺動式等速自在継手において、外側継手部材4内に、内側継手部材5に連結されたシャフト1の先端と外側継手部材4との間で軸方向に伸縮する弾性部材21を設け、シャフト1の先端に弾性部材21のシャフト1側の端部の内径部を支持するシャフト凸部27を設け、弾性部材21の外側継手部材4側の端部に前記弾性部材21の内径部に嵌合する受け部材24を装着し、外側継手部材4の内面にエンドプレート23を圧入嵌合し、受け部材24を外側継手部材4の内面のエンドプレート23に押圧させるようにした。

Claims (5)
- 動力伝達部材に連結される外側継手部材と、シャフトの端部に連結される内側継手部材を有し、前記外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間で、角度変位及び軸方向変位を許容しつつトルク伝達可能に構成された摺動式等速自在継手において、前記外側継手部材内に、前記内側継手部材に連結された前記シャフトの先端と外側継手部材との間で軸方向に伸縮する弾性部材を設け、前記シャフトの先端に前記弾性部材のシャフト側の端部の内径部を支持するシャフト凸部を設け、前記弾性部材の外側継手部材側の端部に前記弾性部材の内径部に嵌合する受け部材を装着し、外側継手部材の内面にエンドプレートを圧入嵌合し、前記受け部材を外側継手部材の内面のエンドプレートに押圧させたことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記受け部材とエンドプレートの材質が、金属又は樹脂である請求項1記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記弾性部材の内径部を支持する前記シャフト凸部の外径面と、前記弾性部材の内径部に嵌合する受け部材の外径面が、円筒部とテーパー部の組み合わせからなる請求項1又は2記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記受け部材のエンドプレート側の面に球状凸面部を形成し、この受け部材の球状凸面部を接触案内する球状凹面部をエンドプレートに設け、前記球状凸面部の曲率半径が前記球状凹部の曲率半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記受け部材の球状凸面部の中央に平滑端面部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
