Description
の端面に当接するフランジ部とからなる受け部材を装着し、前記シャフト凸部及び前記受け部材の凸部は、いずれも、前記コイルばねの内径寸法φd1に対して締代を有するφD1の平滑円筒部と、この平滑円筒部から先端側に向かって先細りの角度を持つテーパ部とからなり、外側継手部材の内面に、前記コイルばねの一方の端面と対面する球状凹面部を有するエンドプレートを圧入嵌合し、前記受け部材のフランジ部の外面に、前記エンドプレートの球状凹面部に対して接触案内される球状凸面部を設け、前記受け部材を外側継手部材の内面のエンドプレートに押圧させたことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 動力伝達部材に連結される外側継手部材と、シャフトの端部に連結される内側継手部材を有し、前記外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間で、角度変位及び軸方向変位を許容しつつトルク伝達可能に構成された摺動式等速自在継手において、前記外側継手部材内に、前記内側継手部材に連結された前記シャフトの先端と外側継手部材との間で軸方向に伸縮するコイルばねを設け、前記シャフトの先端に前記コイルばねのシャフト側の端部の内径部を支持するシャフト凸部を設け、前記コイルばねの外側継手部材側の端部に、前記コイルばねの内径部に嵌合する凸部と前記コイルばねの端面に当接するフランジ部とからなる受け部材を装着し、前記シャフト凸部及び前記受け部材の凸部は、いずれも、前記コイルばねの内径寸法φd1に対して締代を有するφD1の平滑円筒部と、この平滑円筒部から先端側に向かって先細りの角度を持つテーパ部とからなり、外側継手部材の内面に、前記受け部材と対向する球状凹面部を有するエンドプレートを圧入嵌合し、前記受け部材のフランジ部の外面に、前記エンドプレートの球状凹面部に対して接触案内される球状凸面部を設け、前記受け部材を外側継手部材の内面のエンドプレートに押圧させたことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記受け部材とエンドプレートの材質が、金属又は樹脂である請求項1記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記球状凸面部の曲率半径が前記球状凹面部の曲率半径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記受け部材の球状凸面部の中央に平滑端面部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
