Claims (11)
- スピンドル駆動装置(10)であって、
長手軸(A)を有するガイドチューブ(12)であって、該ガイドチューブ(12)には、その一端において、前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)を上位のアセンブリ、すなわち前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)の一部ではないアセンブリに連結するための連結ユニット(42)が設けられ、該連結ユニット(42)は前記ガイドチューブ(12)に固定されて、該ガイドチューブは前記連結ユニットに対して前記長手軸(A)の周りに回転可能とされている、ガイドチューブ(12)と、
外側ネジ(14)が設けられ、前記ガイドチューブ(12)内に少なくとも部分的に収容され、且つ前記ガイドチューブの他端において前記ガイドチューブ(12)の外側に突出したスピンドル(16)であって、さらなる連結ユニット(44)が、前記ガイドチューブ(12)の外側に突出した前記スピンドル(16)の端部に回転可能に固定され、前記さらなる連結ユニットは、前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)をさらなる上位のアセンブリ、すなわち前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)の一部ではないアセンブリに連結することを目的とされた、スピンドル(16)と、
前記ガイドチューブ(12)に固定され、且つ前記スピンドル(16)の外側ネジ(14)とネジ係合したスピンドルナット(18)と、
駆動ユニット(22)を具備した駆動アセンブリ(20)と、
を具備し、
前記駆動ユニット(22)により駆動される駆動要素(24)は、前記ガイドチューブ(12)を取り囲み且つ回転可能に前記ガイドチューブに固定されることが可能であり、
前記駆動ユニット(22)は、前記上位のアセンブリの1つに、または前記上位のアセンブリに連結された要素(52)に支持されていることを特徴とするスピンドル駆動装置(10)。 - 前記駆動要素(24)および前記ガイドチューブ(12)は、締まりばめにより回転可能に互いに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記ガイドチューブ(12)は、その外側に、前記軸方向(A)に延びた少なくとも1つの溝(34)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記スピンドル駆動装置(10)は予備荷重を負荷されたつる巻きバネ(36)も具備し、該つる巻きバネ(36)は、その長さの少なくとも一部にわたって前記ガイドチューブ(12)および前記スピンドル(16)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動ユニット(22)の出力シャフト(26)は、前記スピンドル(16)に略直交して延びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動ユニット(22)の出力シャフト(26)は、前記ガイドチューブ(12)に連結された駆動要素(24)の外歯と噛み合ったウォームホイール(28)を支持していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(20)は2つの位置において前記ガイドチューブ(12)に連結されることが可能であり、前記位置は、前記長手軸に直交して延びた軸に関して180°回転されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記駆動アセンブリ(20)はハウジング(30)を具備し、該ハウジング内には前記駆動ユニット(22)および前記駆動要素(24)が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記ハウジング(30)は、好適に互いに非対称の2つのハウジング部品を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- ガイドユニット(48)が、前記ガイドチューブ(12)に収容されたスピンドル(16)の端部に配置され、前記ガイドユニットは前記ガイドチューブ(12)の内壁とスライド可能に係合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
- 前記ガイドチューブ(12)は、2つの半割シェルから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスピンドル駆動装置(10)。
