Abstract
【解決手段】圧力調整弁1は、ケーシング11と、ホルダ13と、固定弁15と、可動弁17と、スプリング部材19と、ダイアフラム20と、フィルタ30とを備える。フィルタ30は、ケーシング11の流入口11fから圧力室22に流入する流体を濾過する。フィルタ30は、流体を濾過する濾過部31と、該濾過部31の外周部を保持する枠部32aを有する保持部32とを備える。ケーシング11及びホルダ13とフィルタ30の保持部32との間には、保持部32を所定位置に位置決めする位置決め手段が設けられる。

また、ダイアフラム20の内周部が挟持部材17bと挟持部17cの間に適正に挟持されることにより、ダイアフラム20の過剰な圧縮を抑制することができる。

Claims (6)
- 一端に流入口、他端に流出口を有するケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に配設され、前記ケーシングの内周壁に固定されるホルダと、
前記ケーシングの内周壁と前記ホルダの外周壁との間に形成される連通路と、
前記ホルダに配設される固定弁と、
前記固定弁に対して着座及び離間可能とされて、前記流入口から流入した流体が所定圧以上の際に流出口に排圧する弁孔を有する可動弁と、
前記ケーシングと前記可動弁との間に設けられ、前記ケーシング内を前記ホルダ側の圧力室と、前記流出口側の背圧室とに区画する可動隔壁と、
前記可動弁を閉方向に付勢する付勢手段と、
を備えた圧力調整弁であって、
前記ケーシングの流入口から前記圧力室に流入する流体を濾過するフィルタを備えており、
前記フィルタは、流体を濾過する濾過部と、該濾過部の外周部を保持する枠部を有する保持部とを備えており、
前記ホルダ及び前記ケーシングと前記フィルタの保持部との間には、該保持部を所定位置に位置決めする位置決め手段が設けられている、圧力調整弁。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁であって、
前記位置決め手段は、前記フィルタの保持部と前記ケーシング又は前記ホルダに設けられた凸部と、他方に設けられかつ前記凸部に係合される凹部とを備えている、圧力調整弁。 - 請求項2に記載の圧力調整弁であって、
前記凸部は、前記フィルタの保持部の軸線上に設けられており、
前記凹部は、前記ホルダのフィルタ側の端面に設けられており、
前記凸部と前記凹部との係合によって、前記保持部のホルダ側への移動及び半径方向の移動を規制するとともに、前記保持部の枠部と前記ホルダとの間に所定の間隔が形成されている、圧力調整弁。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の圧力調整弁であって、
前記可動弁は、前記弁孔を形成する弁本体部位と、前記可動隔壁の内周部を挟持する可動隔壁挟持部位とを備えており、
前記可動隔壁挟持部位は、前記可動隔壁を挟持する一方の片部位と他方の片部位とを有しており、
前記弁本体部位に、前記一方の片部位又は前記他方の片部位が一体で形成されている、圧力調整弁。 - 請求項4に記載の圧力調整弁であって、
前記可動隔壁は、ダイアフラムであり、
前記一方の片部位又は前記他方の片部位に、前記ダイアフラムの厚みに対応する段差部が形成されており、
前記段差部と前記一方の片部位又は前記他方の片部位との当接によって、両片部位の間に前記ダイアフラムの内周部が所定の圧縮状態で挟持されている、圧力調整弁。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の圧力調整弁であって、
前記可動弁は、前記弁孔を形成する弁本体部位と、前記可動隔壁の内周部を挟持する可動隔壁挟持部位と、とを備えており、
前記可動隔壁挟持部位は、前記可動隔壁を挟持する一方の片部位と他方の片部位とを有しており、
前記可動隔壁は、ダイアフラムであり、
前記一方の片部位又は前記他方の片部位に、前記ダイアフラムの厚みに対応する段差部が形成されており、
前記段差部と前記一方の片部位又は前記他方の片部位との当接によって、両片部位の間に前記ダイアフラムの内周部が所定の圧縮状態で挟持されている、圧力調整弁。
