Abstract

Claims (7)
- 光学積層体を通じて画像表示装置の表示を視認可能な程度の透明性を有する前記光学積層体において、
アウトガスを発生可能な素材で構成されており且つ被着面を有する第1層と、
被着面を有する第2層と、
前記第1層の前記被着面上及び前記第2層の前記被着面上の少なくとも一方にある段差と、
前記第1層と前記第2層との間に配置されており、且つ前記第1層側に位置する第1被着面及び前記第2層側に位置する第2被着面を有する位相差層と、
前記第1層と前記位相差層の前記第1被着面とを貼り合わせた第1粘着層であって、前記第1層と前記第1粘着層との界面に前記アウトガスが発生することを抑制する硬さを有する前記第1粘着層と、
前記第2層の前記被着面と前記位相差層の前記第2被着面とを貼り合わせた第2粘着層であって、前記第1粘着層よりも柔軟であり、且つ前記第2粘着層が前記第2層の前記段差により歪み、当該段差を吸収する硬さを有する第2粘着層とを備えている光学積層体。 - 請求項1記載の光学積層体において、
前記第1層のリタデーション値は、0〜3000nmであり、
前記位相差層のリタデーション値は、3000〜30000nmである光学積層体。 - 請求項1〜2の何れか一つに記載の光学積層体において、
前記位相差層の前記第1被着面及び前記第2被着面の少なくとも一方は、プラズマ表面処理又はエキシマ照射処理がなされた構成である光学積層体。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載の光学積層体において、
前記段差は、以下の1)〜3)の少なくとも一つであり、
1)前記段差は、前記被着面に形成された凸部及び凹部の少なくとも一方であり、
2)前記段差は、前記被着面上に設けられた印刷部であり、
3)前記段差は、前記第2層の前記被着面上に設けられた電極を含む、光学積層体。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載の光学積層体において、
前記第2層は、光学的に等方、又は前記第2層の遅相軸方向又は進相軸方向が前記位相差層の遅相軸方向又は進相軸方向と略同じである光学積層体。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載の光学積層体を備えているタッチ入力装置。
- 請求項6記載のタッチ入力装置において、
前記段差は、前記第2層の前記被着面上に設けられたITO電極を含み、
前記第2粘着層はアクリル酸を含有しないタッチ入力装置。
