Abstract
【解決手段】第1ドグリング50cと第2ドグリング52cとがスプリング78によって相互に接近する方向に付勢されることから、第1ドグリング50cが第2ドグリング52cから離れる方向に移動させられると、第2ドグリング52cには第1ドグリング50c側に引き寄せられる方向のスプリング78による付勢力Fが付与される。従って、変速中に、第1ドグリング50cが第2ドグリング52cから離れる方向に移動させられると、付勢力Fによって第2ドグリング52cが第1ドグリング50c側に引き寄せられ、第2ドグリング52cの第3係合歯72cと1速ギヤ30fの噛合歯70fとの噛合が速やかに解除される。

Claims (7)
- シャフトと、該シャフトに相対回転可能に嵌め付けられている複数の変速ギヤと、前記変速ギヤに前記シャフトの軸方向で隣り合う位置に配置され、前記変速ギヤと前記シャフトとが一体的に回転する状態と相対回転する状態とを切り換える切替機構と、前記切替機構に前記シャフトの軸方向への力を付与するシフト機構とを、備え、前記切替機構の作動に応じて複数の変速段に切り替えられる車両用変速機であって、
前記変速ギヤの前記シャフトの軸方向で前記切替機構と向かい合う側の面には、複数個の噛合歯が突設され、
前記切替機構は、
前記シャフトに対して、相対回転不能且つ該シャフトの軸方向の相対移動可能に嵌合する第1リングと、
前記シャフトに対して、相対回転不能且つ該シャフトの軸方向の相対移動可能に嵌合する第2リングと、
前記第1リングと前記第2リングとを相互に接近する方向に付勢するスプリングとを、備え、
前記第1リングおよび前記第2リングの少なくとも一方には、前記変速ギヤの前記噛合歯と噛み合う第1の係合歯が形成され、
前記スプリングは、前記第1リングと前記第2リングとが前記シャフトの軸方向で離れる方向に移動したとき弾性変形させられる
ことを特徴とする車両用変速機。 - 前記第1リングおよび前記第2リングの少なくとも一方には、他方のリングに向かって突き出す第2の係合歯が形成され、
前記第2の係合歯は、前記他方のリングに形成された貫通穴を貫通して、前記他方のリングと向かい合う前記変速ギヤの前記噛合歯と噛合可能に構成され、
前記第1リングと前記第2リングとが前記変速ギヤに向かって移動させられた際に、前記第2の係合歯が前記変速ギヤの前記噛合歯と接触すると、前記スプリングが弾性変形させられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用変速機。 - 前記スプリングは、前記第1リングと前記第2リングとが隣接した状態において予め弾性変形させられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用変速機。 - 前記スプリングは、前記第1リングおよび前記第2リングの周方向で等角度間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1の車両用変速機。
- 前記第1リングおよび第2リングのうち前記変速ギヤと隣り合うリングから前記変速ギヤに向かって突き出す前記第1の係合歯には、傾斜面が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両用変速機。
- 前記第2の係合歯は、前記第1の係合歯と周方向で隣り合う位置に配置され、
前記第2の係合歯は、前記第1の係合歯よりも、前進時回転方向の前側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両用変速機。 - 前記スプリングの付勢力は、前記第1リングおよび前記第2リングの一方のリングの前記第1の係合歯が前記変速ギヤの前記噛合歯と噛み合うことで、前記一方のリングと前記変速ギヤとの間で動力が伝達された状態において、他方のリングが前記一方のリングから離れる方向に移動した際に、前記一方のリングの前記第1の係合歯と前記変速ギヤの前記噛合歯との噛合が維持される大きさに設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1の車両用変速機。
