Abstract
【解決手段】エチレンホモポリマーと、エチレンコポリマー中のモノマーの総量に対して0.55mol%以上の量のコモノマー含有量を有するエチレンコポリマーとを含むポリマー組成物。エチレンコポリマーは、エチレンホモポリマーよりも高い重量平均分子量を有し、ポリマー組成物は、0.950〜0.965g/cm3の範囲の密度、0.3g/10分のメルトフローレート(MFR2)以上、100,000g/mol以上、特に好ましくは150000〜200000g/molの重量平均分子量及び20,000Pa.sの0.01[1/s]の角周波数における粘度η0.01以上を有し、ポリマー組成物が、123℃において10分未満である等温結晶化半時間ICHT、及び60時間以上の全周ノッチ式クリープ試験FNCTを有する材料。

Description
MFR 2 :190℃、荷重2.16kgの試験条件下でのポリマーの流動性を測定するポリマーのメルトフローレートを、ASTM D 1238にしたがって測定し、g/10分で表した。
実施例1及び2は、チーグラー・ナッタ触媒により製造された二峰性ポリエチレン組成物であった比較例の樹脂であった。実施例1は、市販の二峰性ポリエチレンELTEX(登録商標)Superstress CAP602(Ineos)である。実施例2は、表1の条件にしたがって重合した二峰性ポリエチレン組成物である。
実施例3〜5は、本発明による二峰性ポリマー組成物であった。実施例5は、100ppmの核剤(Hyperform HPN−20E(登録商標))を含む。比較例1及び2並びに本発明の実施例3〜5で使用したポリエチレン組成物の特性を以下の表2に示す。
Claims (13)
- エチレンホモポリマーと、エチレンコポリマー中のモノマーの総量に対して少なくとも0.55mol%の量のコモノマーを含むエチレンコポリマーとを含むポリマー組成物であって、前記エチレンコポリマーは前記エチレンホモポリマーよりも高い重量平均分子量を有し、前記ポリマー組成物は、0.950〜0.965g/cm3の範囲の密度、少なくとも0.3g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2、少なくとも100,000g/molの重量平均分子量、少なくとも20,000Pa.sの0.01[1/s]の角周波数における粘度η0.01を有し;
前記ポリマー組成物は、123℃において10分未満である等温結晶化半時間、及び少なくとも60時間の全周ノッチ式クリープ試験を有する、ポリマー組成物。 - 前記コモノマーが、C4〜10のα−オレフィン、好ましくは1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、1−ヘキセン、1−ヘプテン、1−オクテン又はこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 100,000g/mol〜300,000g/mol、好ましくは150,000g/mol〜200,000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー組成物。
- ポリエチレンが、13〜23、好ましくは15〜20の多分散性指数を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマー組成物中の前記エチレンホモポリマー対前記エチレンコポリマーの重量比が45:55〜55:45の範囲である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- コモノマーの量が、前記エチレンコポリマー中のモノマーの総量に対して、0.55mol%〜1.5mol%、好ましくは0.55mol%〜1.2mol%の範囲である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記ポリマー組成物の前記メルトフローレートMFR2が0.3〜2.0g/10分の範囲である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 好ましくは80〜2000ppmの量の核剤をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記核剤が、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸、カルシウム塩、亜鉛塩、ステアリン酸亜鉛及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項8に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 前記カルシウム塩が、カルシウムヘキサヒドロフタレート又はカルシウムグリセロレートから選択され、及び/又は前記亜鉛塩が、亜鉛ヘキサヒドロフタレート又は亜鉛グリセロレートから選択される、請求項9に記載のポリマー組成物。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のポリマー組成物を含む容器クロージャ。
- 射出成形又は圧縮成形によって得ることができる、請求項11に記載の容器クロージャ。
- 飲料ボトルキャップとしての請求項11又は12に記載の容器クロージャの使用。
