Abstract
【解決手段】端子電極37は、導線35を挟む第1の端子片としての受け部46と第2の端子片としての覆い部47とを含み、受け部46と覆い部47とは、連結部48を介して互いに連結されており、かつ連結部48とは異なる位置において溶融玉51を介して一体化されている。導線35の端部は、その全周囲が溶融玉51に覆われながら、溶融玉51の中に位置するようにされる。

Claims (5)
- 螺旋状の導線と、
前記導線の端部に電気的に接続される端子電極と、
を備え、
前記端子電極は、前記導線を挟む第1および第2の端子片を含み、前記第1の端子片と前記第2の端子片とは、連結部を介して互いに連結されており、かつ前記連結部とは異なる位置において溶融玉を介して一体化されており、
前記導線の端部は、その全周囲が前記溶融玉に覆われている、
コイル部品。 - 前記導線の端部と前記溶融玉とは互いに溶接されている、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 巻芯部ならびに前記巻芯部の各端部にそれぞれ設けられた1対の鍔部を有するコアをさらに備え、前記導線は、前記巻芯部のまわりに螺旋状に巻回され、前記端子電極は、前記鍔部上に配置される、請求項1または2に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記溶融玉は、前記第1および第2の端子片の先端部に位置している、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記第1および第2の端子片の前記先端部は、前記鍔部から張り出して位置している、請求項4に記載のコイル部品。
