Claims (5)
- プライマリ油室を有するプライマリプーリと、セカンダリ油室を有するセカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリ及び前記セカンダリプーリに巻き掛けられるベルトと、を有し、前記セカンダリ油室にセカンダリ圧が供給されるバリエータと、
前記プライマリ油室及び前記セカンダリ油室を連通する油路に設けられ、前記プライマリ油室の油の出入りを制御するオイルポンプと、
を備える無段変速機であって、
前記オイルポンプはギヤポンプで構成され、
前記バリエータの目標変速比を達成するように前記オイルポンプを制御する一方、
前記プライマリ油室及び前記セカンダリ油室の差圧が予め設定された不安定領域内にある場合には、前記オイルポンプの正逆回転の発生を抑制するように前記オイルポンプを制御する補正制御を行う制御部をさらに備える、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記制御部は、前記補正制御として、前記差圧が前記不安定領域外になるように、前記バリエータの変速比を前記目標変速比からオフセットした値に維持する制御を行う、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記制御部は、前記補正制御として、前記差圧が前記不安定領域内に継続して留まらないように、前記バリエータの変速比を前記目標変速比に対して増減変動させる制御を行う、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記不安定領域は、前記セカンダリ圧の変動によって前記オイルポンプの正逆回転が発生する領域である、
ことを特徴とする無段変速機。 - プライマリ油室を有するプライマリプーリと、セカンダリ油室を有するセカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリ及び前記セカンダリプーリに巻き掛けられるベルトと、を有するバリエータと、前記プライマリ油室及び前記セカンダリ油室を連通する油路に設けられるオイルポンプと、を備える無段変速機で、前記セカンダリ油室にセカンダリ圧を供給し、前記オイルポンプにより前記プライマリ油室の油の出入りを制御する無段変速機の制御方法であって、
前記オイルポンプがギヤポンプで構成される場合において、
前記バリエータの目標変速比を達成するように前記オイルポンプを制御することと、
前記プライマリ油室及び前記セカンダリ油室間の差圧が予め設定された不安定領域内にある場合には、前記オイルポンプの正逆回転の発生を抑制するように前記オイルポンプを制御する補正制御を行うことと、
を含むことを特徴とする無段変速機の制御方法。
