Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置の為の粉末モジュールであって、
粉末形状の構成材料によって充填可能な粉末空間(4)を画成する粉末チャンバー(3)と、粉末空間(4)内に設けられ、粉末空間(4)を底部側で画成するキャリア(6)を有し、その際、粉末空間(4)を画成する少なくとも一つの粉末チャンバー壁部(5)とキャリア(6)の間に、粉末空間(4)を画成する粉末チャンバー壁部(5)に少なくとも部分的に沿って延在する間隙空間(8)が形成されており、これによって、粉末形状の構成材料が、粉末空間(4)から、キャリア(6)の下に位置する粉末モジュール領域内へと至ることが可能である粉末モジュールにおいて、
粉末チャンバー(3)に設けられた、又は形成された収容要素(2)の収容領域(9)内に間隙空間(8)が開口しており、その際、収容領域(9)が、間隙空間(8)からの構成材料の収容の為に設けられた、特にリング状に周回する流れチャネル構造(10)として形成されている、又はそのようなものを有することを特徴とする粉末モジュール。 - 流れチャネル構造(10)が、一方側で開かれた断面形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 流れチャネル構造(10)が、粉末チャンバー壁部(5)又はキャリア(6)の寸法、特に外寸法又は内寸法に沿って、又はこれらの間に位置する領域に沿って延在して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 特に、間隙空間(8)を画成する粉末チャンバー壁部(5)に対向位置して配置される、ガイド要素(13)が、間隙空間(8)を少なくとも部分的に共に画成することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、閉じ位置と開位置の間で移動可能であるように支承されており、前記閉じ位置においては、粉末形状の構成材料が流れチャネル構造(10)内へ進入不可能であるように、ガイド要素(13)が、流れチャネル構造(10)に対して、特に流れチャネル構造側の開口ポート(12)に向かって相対的に動かされており、前記開き位置においては、粉末形状の構成材料の流れチャネル構造(10)内への進入が可能であるようにガイド要素(13)が流れチャネル構造(10)に対して相対的に動かされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、キャリア(6)と移動連結されていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、キャリア(6)と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、キャリア(6)のプリズム状又はシリンダー状の突起を形成することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 流れチャネル構造(10)が、間隙空間(8)の方に向けられた開口ポート(12)を有し、その際、収容領域(9)が、流れチャネル構造側の開口ポート(12)を画成する少なくとも一つの縁部部分の領域内において、傾斜して又は隆起して推移するよう形成された少なくとも一つの面部分(15)を有し形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、特に自由端部の領域において、収容要素(2)のの縁部部分側の面部分に対して反転して形成された面部分を有し形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9及び請求項4から8の何れか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 収容要素(9)に載置可能又は載置された、流れチャネル構造側の開口ポート(12)を小さくするカバー要素(16)により特徴づけられ、その際、カバー要素(16)が、流れチャネル構造側の開口ポート(12)を画成する少なくとも一つの縁部部分の領域内に、傾斜して又は隆起して推移するよう形成された少なくとも一つの面部分(17)を有し形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- ガイド要素(13)が、特に自由端部の領域において、カバー要素(16)の縁部部分側の面部分(17)と反対に形成された面部分を有し形成されていることを特徴とする請求項11及び請求項4から10のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 流れチャネル構造(10)が、流れに影響を与える、特に流れチャネル構造の断面形状の意図的な変更によって形成された流れ要素を有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 収容要素(9)が、流れ発生装置に接続するための少なくとも一つの接続要素(11)を有し、この流れは正装置が、流れチャネル構造(10)を貫流する流体流、特に吸引流又はブロア流の発生の為、流れチャネル構造(10)内に収容される粉末形状の構成材料を流れチャネル構造(10)から引き離すために設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 粉末モジュール(1)が、収集モジュール、構成モジュール又は調量モジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の粉末モジュール。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載、少なくとも一つの粉末モジュール(1)を有することを特徴とする三次元の対象の積層造形的な製造の為の装置。
