Description
Claims (12)
- 粉末から3次元オブジェクトを製造するための機器であって、
互いに対して移動可能な少なくとも2つの壁構造を有する造形物コンパートメントを備え、前記壁構造は、少なくとも部分的に可動方向において重なり、粉末を封入するための可変空間を提供し、
前記少なくとも2つの壁構造は内側壁構造および外側壁構造であって、
前記内側壁構造は固定位置を有し、前記外側壁構造は可動であり、前記外側壁構造には床面が取り付けられている、機器。 - 粉末から3次元オブジェクトを製造するための機器であって、
互いに対して移動可能な少なくとも2つの壁構造を有する造形物コンパートメントを備え、前記壁構造は、少なくとも部分的に可動方向において重なり、粉末を封入するための可変空間を提供し、
前記造形物コンパートメントの前記3次元オブジェクトのための内部未使用空間を低減するための第3壁構造を含む、機器。 - 前記少なくとも2つの壁構造は内側壁構造および外側壁構造である、請求項2に記載の機器。
- 前記内側壁構造は固定位置を有し、前記外側壁構造は可動であり、前記外側壁構造には床面が取り付けられている、請求項3に記載の機器。
- 前記少なくとも2つの壁構造は垂直壁構造である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記2つの壁構造は、内側シリンダおよび外側シリンダの形状を有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記2つの壁構造は、内側円筒形シリンダおよび外側円筒形シリンダの形状を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記造形物コンパートメントから、固められていない粉末を除去するための機構を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記造形物コンパートメントを冷却するための装置を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記造形物コンパートメントを加熱するための装置を含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記3次元オブジェクトは、上記粉末から1層ずつ製造される、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記3次元オブジェクトは付加製造によって製造される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
