Description
‐作業チャンバと、

‐製造中に部品を受け入れるようになった支持板と、
‐スリーブの垂直中心軸線に沿うスリーブ内における支持板の並進運動を行わせる装置と、
‐スリーブの頂部開口部に向かう少なくとも1つの底部開口部を備えた容器を含む部品取り出しシステムとを有し、容器は、容器がスリーブの頂部開口部から遠ざかったところに設定される待機位置と、容器の底部開口部がスリーブの頂部開口部と少なくとも部分的に一致する作動位置との間でスリーブに対して作業チャンバ内で動くことができる状態で設けられる。
‐容器は、スリーブの垂直中心軸線に平行な入力軸線に沿って待機位置と作動位置との間で動くのが良い。

‐前記スリーブ(3)の前記頂部開口部(4)に向かう少なくとも1つの底部開口部(15)を備えた容器(9)を含む部品(2)取り出しシステム(8)とを有し、前記容器(9)は、前記容器(9)が前記スリーブ(3)の前記頂部開口部(4)から遠ざかったところに設定される待機位置と、前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)が前記スリーブ(3)の前記頂部開口部(4)と少なくとも部分的に一致する作動位置との間で前記スリーブ(3)に対して前記作業チャンバ(100)内で動くことができる状態で設けられ、前記支持板(6)は、前記作動装置(7)によって前記スリーブ(3)から前記作動位置にある前記容器(9)の内側まで動かされる、マニュファクチャリング機械において、前記取り出しシステム(8)は、前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)を閉鎖するために少なくとも1つの水平軸線に沿って前記作業チャンバ(100)内で前記容器(9)に対して動くことができる少なくとも1つの閉鎖板(12)を更に含み、前記閉鎖板(12)は、前記支持板(6)とは別体であり、前記支持板(6)と前記作動装置(7)との間の取り付け部は、取り外し可能な形式のものである、マニュファクチャリング機械(1)。 - 前記容器(9)は、前記スリーブ(3)の前記垂直中心軸線(5)に平行な入力軸線(10)に沿って前記待機位置と前記作動位置との間で動く、請求項1記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 前記容器(9)は、前記スリーブの前記垂直中心軸線(5)に垂直な入力軸線(10)に沿って前記待機位置と前記作動位置との間で動く、請求項1記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 前記容器(9)は、前記作動位置と、前記容器(9)が前記作業チャンバ(100)の外側に位置する取り出し位置との間で動く、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 前記作動装置(7)は、ピストンを有し、前記支持板(6)は、前記ピストンに取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記閉鎖板(12)は、前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)を閉鎖するよう前記支持板(6)と前記ピストンとの間に介在して設けられている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 前記取り出しシステム(8)は、前記閉鎖板(12)と前記容器(9)を結合する取り外し可能な結合装置(13)を含む、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 前記取り出しシステム(8)は、前記閉鎖板(12)と前記容器(9)との間に位置するシール(16)を含む、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載のマニュファクチャリング機械(1)。
- 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の前記マニュファクチャリング機械(1)を採用して粉末の完全なまたは部分的な選択的溶融によって部品(2)をアディティブマニュファクチャリングする方法であって、前記方法は、前記部品(2)の製造に続き、
‐前記容器(9)を前記スリーブ(3)に対して待機位置から前記スリーブ(3)の前記頂部開口部(4)の上方の作動位置に動かし、
‐前記作動装置(7)によって前記支持板(6)を前記中心垂直軸線(5)に沿って前記容器(9)の内側まで動かし、
‐前記閉鎖板(12)を前記スリーブ(3)に対して並進運動させて前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)を閉鎖する、方法。 - 請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の前記マニュファクチャリング機械(1)を採用して粉末の完全なまたは部分的な選択的溶融によって部品(2)をアディティブマニュファクチャリングする方法であって、前記方法は、前記部品(2)の製造に続き、
‐前記容器(9)を前記スリーブ(3)に対して待機位置から前記スリーブ(3)の前記頂部開口部(4)の上方の作動位置に動かし、
‐前記作動装置(7)によって前記支持板(6)を前記中心垂直軸線(5)に沿って前記容器(9)の内側まで動かし、
‐前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)を閉鎖するために前記容器(9)を前記閉鎖板(12)上で前記スリーブ(3)に対して前記水平軸線に沿って並進運動させる、方法。 - 前記容器(9)の前記底部開口部(15)を前記閉鎖板(12)によって閉鎖した後、前記容器(9)と前記閉鎖板(12)を一緒に、前記マニュファクチャリング機械(1)の前記作業チャンバ(100)の外側に位置する取り出し位置に動かす、請求項8または請求項9記載の方法。
