Abstract
【解決手段】FC水温は、積層方向の中央付近のセル温度の近似値である。水素ポンプ温度は、積層方向の端付近のセル温度の近似値である。FC水温≧40℃且つ水素ポンプ温度<40℃であれば、許可フラグはOFFに設定される。許可フラグがOFFの場合、燃料電池の運転停止時におけるカソードのパージは中止される。

Claims (9)
- 複数のセルが積層方向に積層された積層体を含む燃料電池スタックと、
パージ用のガスを前記燃料電池スタックのカソードに供給するコンプレッサと、
燃料電池の運転を停止する際に前記燃料電池のカソードをパージする停止時パージを、前記コンプレッサの制御によって実現する制御部と、
前記積層体を構成する前記複数のセルのうち、前記積層方向の中央付近に位置するセルの温度を反映した第1温度値を計測し、前記制御部に入力する第1温度計と、
前記積層体を構成する前記複数のセルのうち、前記積層方向の端付近に位置するセルの温度を反映した第2温度値を計測し、前記制御部に入力する第2温度計とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1温度値が第1基準温度以上、且つ前記第2温度値が第2基準温度未満の場合、前記停止時パージを中止する
燃料電池システム。 - 前記第1温度計は、前記燃料電池スタックから排出される冷却水の温度を計測する
請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料電池スタックは、前記積層方向の端に配置され、アノードガスの供給孔と排出孔とが形成されたエンドプレートを備え、
前記エンドプレートに取り付けられ、前記排出孔から排出されたガスを前記供給孔に供給する水素ポンプを更に備え、
前記第2温度計は、前記水素ポンプの温度を計測する
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記積層体のインピーダンスを計測し、前記制御部に計測結果を入力するインピーダンス計を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1温度値が第1基準温度未満であることと、前記第2温度値が第2基準温度以上であることとの少なくとも何れかが満たされる場合に、予め定められた値よりも前記インピーダンスが大きいとき、前記停止時パージを中止する
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記複数のセルの少なくとも一部を対象にセル電圧を計測し、前記制御部に計測結果を入力するセル電圧計を備え、
前記制御部は、前記停止時パージを開始してから完了するまでに、前記計測対象のセルの少なくとも何れか1つに負電圧が発生した場合、前記停止時パージを中止する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記複数のセルの少なくとも一部を対象にセル電圧を計測し、前記制御部に計測結果を入力するセル電圧計と、
前記燃料電池スタックの発電によって発生する入力電圧を計測する入力電圧計とを備え、
前記制御部は、前記入力電圧計によって計測された入力電圧から求まる平均電圧から、前記計測対象のセル電圧の中で最も低い値を引いた差が、予め定められた電圧差よりも大きくなる状態が予め定められた時間以上継続することである低電圧状態が発生しなかった場合、前記停止時パージを中止する
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記低電圧状態が発生した場合に前記停止時パージを中止したとき、前記燃料電池の次回の運転において前記低電圧状態が発生しなくても、その運転の停止の際に前記停止時パージを実行する
請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記差の算出に用いられる前記最も低い値は、前記端付近に位置するセルによる電圧である
請求項6又は請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記第2基準温度は、前記第1基準温度以上の値である
請求項1から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の燃料電池システム。
