Abstract
【解決手段】車両の内側とする第1のガラス板210と、外側となる第2のガラス板220との間に接着される中間膜230を備えた合わせガラスであって、フロントガラス20を構成し、下側からHUD表示領域A1,遷移領域B1,HUD表示領域A2を備え、下側のHUD表示領域A1は、フロントガラス20を車両に取り付けたときの上端側の厚さより薄い楔状であり、或いは一定の厚さであり、下側のHUD表示領域A1又は上側のHUD表示領域A2の少なくとも一方には、ヘッドアップディスプレイで使用する領域が存在する合わせガラス。

Description
まず、反射二重像と透視二重像の概念について説明する。図1は、二重像の概念について説明する図であり、図1(a)は反射二重像、図1(b)は透視二重像を示している。なお、図1において、フロントガラス20を搭載する車両の前後方向をX、車両の左右方向をY、XY平面に垂直な方向をZとしている(以降の図も同様)。
図2は、車両用のフロントガラスを例示する図であり、フロントガラスを車室内から車室外に視認した様子を模式的に示した図である。なお、図2において、便宜上、HUD表示領域を梨地模様(satin pattern)で示している。

Claims (10)
- 車両の内側となる第1のガラス板と、前記車両の外側となる第2のガラス板と、前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板との間に位置して前記第1のガラス板と前記第2のガラス板とを接着する中間膜と、を備えた合わせガラスであって、
前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの前記合わせガラスの下側から、第1領域、遷移領域、及び第2領域、を備え、
前記第1領域は、前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの上端側の厚さが下端側よりも厚い断面形状が楔状の領域を備えるか、或いは、一定の厚さであり、
前記遷移領域は、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とを繋ぐ領域であり、前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの上端側の厚さが下端側よりも厚い断面形状が楔状の領域を備え、
前記第2領域は、前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの上端側の厚さが下端側よりも厚い断面形状が楔状の領域を備えるか、或いは、一定の厚さであり、
前記第1領域又は前記第2領域の少なくとも一方にはヘッドアップディスプレイで使用する領域が存在し、
前記第1領域、前記遷移領域、及び前記第2領域において、前記合わせガラスに沿って垂直方向に計測した楔角の最大値と最小値との差が0.05mrad以上あり、
前記最大値及び前記最小値が存在する間の領域における前記楔角の傾きをm[mrad/mm]、前記第1のガラス板の板厚をt[mm]としたときに、0.3≦t≦1.6、かつ、0.001≦|m|≦0.005、かつ、|m×t|≦0.008であることを特徴とする合わせガラス。 - 前記遷移領域が非線形で連続的に厚さが変化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1のガラス板の板厚は、前記第2のガラス板の板厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 合わせガラスの曲げ半径が10000mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 合わせガラスの最大曲げ深さが10mm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記中間膜が3層以上からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第2領域は、ヘッドアップディスプレイで使用する領域であり、前記合わせガラスを前記車両に取り付けたときの上端側の厚さが下端側よりも厚い断面形状が楔状の領域を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1領域と前記第2領域には、結像距離が異なる虚像が表示されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1領域及び前記第2領域の何れか一方は前記結像距離が3m未満、他方は前記結像距離が3m以上であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記第1領域における平均楔角が前記第2領域における平均楔角より大きいことを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の合わせガラス。
