Claims (4)
- 有底筒状の外側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材との間でトルク伝達部材を介して角度変位および軸方向変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材とからなる一対の軸継手部を備え、前記軸継手部の内側継手部材を軸部材で連結し、外側継手部材と前記軸部材との間にブーツを装着した摺動式等速自在継手であって、
前記内側継手部材の軸方向変位により、一方の軸継手部における前記トルク伝達部材および内側継手部材が外側継手部材から突出することなく、他方の軸継手部における外側継手部材の底部と当接可能な変位規制部を、前記外側継手部材の底部と対向させて配置したことを特徴とする摺動式等速自在継手。 - 前記変位規制部は、軸方向に突出して外側継手部材の底部と当接可能な凸部を有するプレートを、前記内側継手部材から露呈する軸部材の端部に取り付けた構造とした請求項1に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記プレートの外周端部を内側継手部材の端面に係止させた請求項2に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部材の開口部を閉塞する仕切り板を、外側継手部材の内部空間と前記ブーツの内部空間との間に配設した請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の摺動式等速自在継手。
