Claims (13)
- 特に内燃機関の排ガス流用の排ガスフラップであって、
フラップ管(24)と、該フラップ管(24)の内部で旋回軸線(A)を中心として回動可能な旋回シャフト(18)に支持されたフラップパネル(26)とを備え、前記フラップパネル(26)は、少なくとも1つのフラップ翼(32,34)と、前記旋回シャフト(18)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲む取付け領域(40)とを有し、
前記フラップ管(24)の内周面領域に、少なくとも1つのフラップ翼(32,34)に対応して、翼ストッパ(42,44)が設けられており、前記取付け領域(40)の少なくとも一方の軸方向の端部領域において、前記翼ストッパ(42,44)の周方向端部領域(48,50)を収容する切欠き(60,62,64,66)は、前記フラップパネル(26)に設けられている、排ガスフラップ。 - 前記旋回シャフト(18)は、軸方向の両端部領域(20,22)で、前記フラップ管(24)に旋回軸線(A)を中心として回動可能に支持されており、少なくとも1つの翼ストッパ(42,44)、有利には2つの翼ストッパ(42,44)が、周方向で、前記旋回シャフト(18)の軸方向の第1の端部領域(20)の領域に位置決めされた第1の周方向端部領域(48)から、前記旋回シャフト(18)の軸方向の第2の端部領域(22)の領域に位置決めされた第2の周方向端部領域(50)に向かって有利には中断なしに延びており、対応して配置された1つのフラップ翼(32,34)の当付けのためのストッパ面(54,58)を有している、請求項1記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 少なくとも1つの翼ストッパ(42,44)が、その周方向端部領域(48,50)の少なくとも一方において、前記旋回シャフト(18)の、対応して配置された軸方向の前記端部領域(20,22)に対して周方向間隔を有し、該周方向間隔により形成された、前記旋回シャフト(18)と、前記翼ストッパ(42,44)との間の中間室(68)が、フラップ翼(32,34)によって、前記翼ストッパ(42,44)の前記ストッパ面(54,58)に前記フラップ翼(32,34)が当て付けられている場合に、周方向でほぼ完全に覆われている、請求項2記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記取付け領域(40)の少なくとも一方の軸方向の端部領域において、少なくとも1つのフラップ翼(32,34)が、軸方向で、前記切欠き(60,62,64,66)の領域において前記取付け領域(40)を越えて突出するように延びている、または/かつ前記旋回シャフト(18)の外周面に近づくまで延びている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記フラップパネル(26)は、2つのフラップパネル部材(28,30)を含み、各フラップパネル部材(28,30)は、フラップ翼(32,34)と、前記旋回シャフト(18)を部分的に取り囲む取付け領域区分(36,38)とを含み、各フラップ翼(32,34)に対応して、前記フラップ管(24)の内周面(46)に、翼ストッパ(42,44)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記2つのフラップパネル部材(28,30)は、互いに対してほぼ同一構造である、請求項5記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記フラップパネル部材(28,30)のうちの少なくとも1つのフラップパネル部材(28,30)の前記取付け領域区分(36,38)の少なくとも一方の軸方向の端部領域に、他方の前記フラップパネル部材(30,28)の前記フラップ翼(32,34)に対応して配置された翼ストッパ(42,44)を収容するための切欠き(60,62,64,66)が設けられている、請求項5または6記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記切欠き(60,62,64,66)は、軸方向および周方向で、他方の前記フラップパネル部材(30,28)に向かう方向に開放している、請求項7記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記2つのフラップパネル部材(28,30)の前記取付け領域区分(36,38)は、前記旋回シャフト(18)を、互いにほぼ反対の側に位置する周面領域において取り囲んでいる、または/かつ前記2つのフラップパネル部材(28,30)の前記フラップ翼(32,34)は、対応して配置された前記翼ストッパ(42,44)に前記フラップ翼(32,34)が当て付けられている場合に、フラップ管長手方向軸線(L)の方向で互いに対してずらされて配置されている、請求項5から8までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 両方の前記フラップ翼(32,34)に対応して設けられた前記翼ストッパ(42,44)は、前記旋回シャフト(A)に関して両周面側で、前記フラップ管長手方向軸線(L)の方向で互いに対してほぼずらされずに配置されており、前記フラップ管長手方向軸線(L)の方向で互いに反対に向けられた側(52,56)に、対応して配置されたフラップ翼(32,34)用のそれぞれ1つのストッパ面(54,58)を提供している、請求項9記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記取付け領域(40’)が管状であり、前記旋回シャフト(18’)を取り囲むように形成されており、前記取付け領域(40’)の、互いにほぼ反対の側に位置する周面領域から、それぞれ1つのフラップ翼(32’,34’)が前記取付け領域(40’)から離れる方向に延びている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記取付け領域(40’)の少なくとも一方の軸方向の端部領域において、少なくとも1つのフラップ翼(32’,34’)、有利には各フラップ翼(32’,34’)が、軸方向で管状の前記取付け領域(40’)を越えて延びていることによって、切欠き(60’)が提供されている、請求項10記載の排ガスフラップ。
- 前記フラップ翼(32’,34’)は、対応して配置された前記翼ストッパ(42’,44’)に前記フラップ翼(32’,34’)が当て付けられている場合に、フラップ管長手方向軸線の方向で互いに対してほぼずらされずに配置されており、かつ両方の前記フラップ翼(32’,34’)に対応して設けられた前記翼ストッパ(42’,44’)は、前記旋回シャフト(18’)に関して両周面側で、前記フラップ管長手方向軸線の方向で互いに対してずらされて配置されていて、前記フラップ管長手方向軸線の方向で互いに向かい合った側で、対応して配置されたフラップ翼(32’,34’)用のそれぞれ1つのストッパ面を提供している、請求項11または12記載の排ガスフラップ。
