Description

Claims (9)
- 入口(1)と、
第1の出口(2)と、
第2の出口(3)と、
少なくとも第1の位置と第2の位置との間を移動可能なバルブフラップ(5)であって、前記バルブフラップ(5)が前記第1の位置にあるときは前記入口(1)から流入した流体が前記第1の出口(2)に向けられ、前記バルブフラップ(5)が前記第2の位置にあるときは前記入口(1)から流入した流体が前記第2の出口(3)に向けられるバルブフラップ(5)と、を含む三方フラップ弁(4)であって、
外縁(53)によって境界を定められた前記バルブフラップ(5)の表面(51)が、前記バルブフラップ(5)の表面が曲率を有する少なくとも1つの第1の表面部分(A1)を含み、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、第2の表面部分(A2)と第3の表面部分(A3)とを含み、
前記第1の表面部分(A1)が、前記第2の表面部分(A2)と前記第3の表面部分(A3)との間に位置し、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記第2および第3の表面部分において、前記第1の表面部分(A1)における曲率と異なる曲率を含み、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記第1の表面部分(A1)において球の一部分のような形状をしており、前記第2および第3の表面部分(A2,A3)において円錐台の一部分のような形状をしており、
前記三方フラップ弁(4)は、バルブボディ(6)をさらに含み、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記バルブボディ(6)の内部に位置し、前記入口(1)と前記第1および第2の出口(2,3)とが、前記バルブボディ(6)に形成され、
前記バルブフラップ(5)のピボット軸(54)が、前記バルブボディ(6)を直線状に貫通し、
前記ピボット軸(54)が、湾曲したバッフルプレート(56)を支持する、三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)に面する第1の表面(51)を含み、前記第1の表面(51)は、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分において凹状であり、かつ/または、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)に面する第1の表面(51)を含み、前記第1の表面(51)は、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分において円筒の一部分の内側表面に対応するか、もしくは、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分において球の一部分の内面に対応する、請求項1に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)から離れる方に面する第2の表面(52)を含み、前記第2の表面(52)は、前記第1の表面(51)から離間され、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分において凸状であり、かつ/または、
前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)から離れる方に面する第2の表面(52)を含み、前記第2の表面(52)は、前記第1の表面(51)から離間され、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分の領域において円筒の一部分の外側表面に対応するか、もしくは、前記第1の表面部分の領域において球の一部分の外側に対応する、請求項2に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)に面する第1の表面(51)と、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)から離れる方に面する第2の表面(52)であって、前記第1の表面(51)から離間された第2の表面(52)とを含み、
前記外縁(53)上の2つの点を結ぶ線分が、前記2つの点を結ぶ前記第1の表面上の最短の線よりも少なくとも5%、または少なくとも10%、または少なくとも20%短い、請求項1に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バルブフラップ(5)の曲率が、少なくとも前記第1の表面部分において、1.00mよりも小さい曲率半径、または0.50mよりも小さい曲率半径、または0.25mよりも小さい曲率半径を有する、請求項1から4のうちの一項に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。
- 前記バルブフラップ(5)が、ピボット軸(54)の周りを回転するように構成されており、
前記第1の表面部分(A1)が、前記ピボット軸(54)に対して50°〜130°の第1の角度(α)に亘って延び、前記第2および第3の表面部分(A2,A3)が、それぞれ、180°と前記第1の角度(α)との差の半分に等しい第2の角度(β)に亘って延びる、請求項1から5のうちの一項に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バッフルプレート(56)が、前記入口(1)に面する凹状の表面(57)を含み、かつ/または、
前記バッフルプレート(56)が、前記入口(1)に面する表面(57)であって、円筒の一部分の内側表面もしくは球の一部分の内面に対応する表面を含む、請求項1から6のうちの一項に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。 - 前記バルブフラップ(5)が、前記外縁(53)によって境界を定められ且つ前記入口(1)から離れる方に面する第2の表面(52)に、少なくとも1つの突出部(55)を含む、請求項1から7のうちの一項に記載の三方フラップ弁。
- 前記バルブボディ(6)が、前記入口(1)と対向する内壁に、前記入口(1)に向けて設けられた突出部(61)であって、前記バルブフラップ(5)の枢動を可能にするピボット軸(54)に沿って延びる突出部(61)を含む、請求項1から8のうちの一項に記載の三方フラップ弁(4)。
