Claims (9)
- 貫通流路を構成する吸気流通部(3)を備えたコンプレッサであって、前記吸気流通部(3)は、吸入流路(7)と、該吸入流路(7)の下流側に形成されコンプレッサ羽根車(4)を収容する羽根車チャンバ(5)と、該羽根車チャンバ(5)の下流側に形成された渦巻形流路(6)とを備えており、前記吸入流路(7)を前記羽根車チャンバ(5)に接続している移行領域において前記吸気流通部(3)に複数の流通スリット(9)が形成されており、前記移行領域は前記コンプレッサ羽根車(4)の羽根車入口縁の前後に亘って前記吸入流路(7)へ向かう方向と前記羽根車チャンバ(5)へ向かう方向との両方向へ延在しており、前記流通スリット(9)は、軸心方向には軸心方向第1長さ(L1)に亘って延在し、軸心方向に直交する平面内における該流通スリットの流路断面(Q)は軸心方向直交平面内長さ(RL)に亘って延在している、コンプレッサにおいて、
前記流路断面(Q)は前記軸心方向第1長さ(L1)に沿って変化していることを特徴とするコンプレッサ。 - 前記吸入流路(7)に臨む前記流通スリット(9)の入口側開口における前記流路断面(Q)の幅寸法は第1幅寸法(B1)とされ、前記コンプレッサ羽根車(4)に臨む前記流通スリット(9)の出口側開口における前記流路断面(Q)の幅寸法は第2幅寸法(B2)とされており、前記第1幅寸法(B1)は前記第2幅寸法(B2)より大きいかまたはそれより小さいことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記流通スリット(9)は、該流通スリット(9)のスリット長手軸心(18)の軸心方向にテーパがつけられており、該テーパのテーパ角の大きさは0.5°〜10°の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記流通スリット(9)は前記吸入流路(7)の中に装着可能な装着リング部材(8)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記装着リング部材(8)は保持固定具(10)を介して前記吸気流通部(3)の中に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記保持固定具(10)はスリーブ形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記保持固定具(10)は、該保持固定具(10)の前記装着リング部材(8)に臨む側の端部に、導流手段構成部(14)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記導流手段構成部(14)は前記保持固定具(10)と前記装着リング部材(8)との間に空間を画成する手段であり、前記保持固定具(10)は前記装着リング部材に当接するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載のコンプレッサ。
- 前記コンプレッサ羽根車(4)の前記羽根車入口縁(19)に対する、前記流通スリット(9)の軸心方向延在範囲の相対的位置関係は、前記コンプレッサ羽根車の前記羽根車入口縁(19)の下流側における前記流通スリット(9)の軸心方向重なり長さ(LV)が、前記軸心方向第1長さ寸法(L1)の0.1倍〜0.8倍の範囲内の長さとなるような相対的位置関係であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1項記載のコンプレッサ。
