Abstract
Description
化学構造(VI)を有するポリ(エチレングリコール)−ジトシラート:
酸素ゲッタ層も水分ゲッタ層も有していないX線検出器イメージャ
ITOで予めコーティングしたガラス系薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)アレイを基板として使用した。紫外線オゾン処理済みTFTアレイ基板上にスピンコート法によって正孔輸送層を堆積させ、次いで熱板上で焼成した。次いで、N2パージ済みグローブボックスの内部で正孔輸送層の上にフラーレン系アクセプタおよびドナー材料からなる吸収材層をスピンコートした。ITOカソードをスパッタリングしてイメージャの製作を完了した。次に、3Mの製品名8191Lの感圧接着剤(PSA)膜を使用して、テルビウムでドープしたスルホキシル酸ガドリニウム(Gd2O2S:Tb)で作られたDRZ−Plusシンチレータ(三菱化学)をイメージャに積層した。カバーガラスおよびエッジシーラントを使用してイメージャを封入した。
水分ゲッタ層を有するX線検出器イメージャ
実施例1で調製したイメージャを、SAES Getters Groupから購入した水分ゲッタDryFlexを組み込んだのを除いて比較例1と同様に密閉した。
酸素ゲッタ層を有するX線検出器イメージャ
実施例2で調製したイメージャを、Sartomerから製品名SR610で購入し、酢酸コバルト(II)四水和物触媒および1重量%のIrgacure 819光開始剤と混合した酸素ゲッタ、ポリ(エチレングリコール)600ジアクリレートを組み込んだのを除いて比較例1と同様に密閉した。SR610系酸素ゲッタ層を紫外線照射下で硬化させた。
酸素ゲッタ層も水分ゲッタ層も有するX線検出器イメージャ
実施例3で調製したイメージャを、実施例2の酸素ゲッタ層と実施例1の水分ゲッタ層の両方を組み込んだのを除いて比較例1と同様に密閉した。両ゲッタ層の構成は図11の構成と同様とした。
酸素ゲッタ層も水分ゲッタ層も有していないX線検出器イメージャ
比較例2で調製したイメージャを、イメージャがさらに有機平滑化層、およびITOカソードとシンチレータ層との間のITOバリアコーティングを含むのを除いて比較例1と同様に調製した。紫外線架橋性アクリレートからなる有機平滑化層をスクリーン印刷によってITOの上に塗布し、紫外線硬化させた。ITO水分バリア層を平滑化層の上にスパッタリングした。

実施例4で調製したイメージャを、SAES Getters Groupから購入した水分ゲッタDryFlexを組み込んだのを除いて比較例2と同様に調製した。
酸素ゲッタ層も水分ゲッタ層も有するX線検出器イメージャ
実施例5で調製したイメージャを、実施例2の酸素ゲッタ層と実施例1の水分ゲッタ層の両方を組み込んだのを除いて比較例2と同様に密閉した。両ゲッタ層の構成は図11の構成と同様とした。

- 基板(170)上に配置された薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)アレイ(120)、
前記TFTアレイ(120)上に配置された有機フォトダイオード(130)、および
前記有機フォトダイオード(130)上に配置されたシンチレータ層(140)
を備える層状構造(110)と、
前記層状構造(110)を少なくとも部分的に封入する封入カバー(160)と、
前記有機フォトダイオード(130)に近接してかつ前記層状構造(110)上に入射するX線放射線(20)の経路内に配置された、水分ゲッタ層(152)と酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方と、
を備えるX線検出器(100)。 - 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)および前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)が2つ以上の別個の層として配置される、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)および前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)が単一層(151)として配置される、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記層状構造(110)が、前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記層状構造(110)が、前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の両方を備える、請求項4に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方が、前記有機フォトダイオード(130)と前記シンチレータ層(140)との間に介在される、請求項4に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方が、前記シンチレータ層(140)上に配置される、請求項4に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方が、前記層状構造(110)を封入する、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方が、前記封入カバー(160)の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)が前記封入カバーの少なくとも一部と接触して配置され、前記水分ゲッタ層(152)が前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)と接触して配置される、請求項9に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記層状構造(110)が前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)を備え、前記水分ゲッタ層(152)が前記封入カバー(160)の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)が、アルカリ金属、アルカリ性金属、アルカリ金属酸化物、アルカリ性金属酸化物、酸化アルミニウム、ゼオライト、シリカ、またはこれらを組み合わせたものを含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)が、ポリエーテル、クラウンエーテル、アスコルビン酸、多価アルコール、アルキレングリコール、またはこれらを組み合わせたものを含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記基板(170)が、ガラス、金属箔、プラスチック、およびこれらを組み合わせたものからなる群から選択された材料を含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。
- 前記TFTアレイ(120)が、ケイ素TFTアレイ、酸化物TFTアレイ、有機TFT、またはこれらを組み合わせたものを含む、請求項1に記載のX線検出器(100)。

前記封入カバー(160)の少なくとも一部と接触して配置された水分ゲッタ層(152)と、

X線検出器(100)、および
前記X線検出器(100)からのデータを処理するように動作可能なプロセッサ(230)
を備えるX線システム(200)であって、
前記X線検出器(100)が、
基板(170)上に配置された薄膜トランジスタ(TFT)アレイ(120)、
前記TFTアレイ(120)上に配置された有機フォトダイオード(130)、および
前記有機フォトダイオード(130)上に配置されたシンチレータ層(140)
を備える層状構造(110)と、
前記層状構造(110)を少なくとも部分的に封入する封入カバー(160)と、
前記有機フォトダイオード(130)に近接してかつ前記層状構造(110)上に入射するX線放射線(20)の経路内に配置された、水分ゲッタ層(152)と酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方と、
を備える、X線システム(200)。 - 前記層状構造(110)が、前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方を備える、請求項17に記載のX線システム(200)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)と前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)の少なくとも一方が、前記封入カバー(160)の少なくとも一部と接触して配置される、請求項17に記載のX線システム(200)。
- 前記水分ゲッタ層(152)および前記酸素ゲッタ層(150)が2つ以上の別個の層として配置される、請求項17に記載のX線システム(200)。
