Abstract
Description
米国特許第6,553,953(特許文献2)は吸い込みダクトのダクト壁の少なくとも一部が不織布の成型体から形成されることを開示している。その不織布は熱可塑性樹脂の結合剤を含んでいる。
提供されるのは、自動車空気取り込みシステムジョイントのための適応型密閉技術である。
本発明のもう1つの目的は、密閉表面を横切って連続かつ十分な接触力を提供し、定張力クランプの必要性をなくすことである。
またさらなる本発明の目的は、受け入れ可能なほど低い組立力を維持することであり、その低い組立力はそうでなければ、過大寸法の漏れ止めビーズまたは密閉表面を構成する表面間の増大した干渉により、悪影響を与えられる。

Claims (13)
- 内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイントであって:
内側表面(15)と外側表面(17)を有する第1のダクト本体(12)と、
前記内側表面(15)は第1の末端(19)と受け部末端(23)の間に第1の空気流路(21)を提供し、少なくとも2つの突起(14)が前記受け部末端(23)の前記外側表面(17)の上に配置され;
内側表面(31)と外側表面(33)を有する第2のダクト本体(29)と、
前記第2のダクト本体(29)の前記内側表面(31)は挿入部末端(35)と第2の末端(37)の間に第2の空気流路(32)を提供し、前記挿入部末端(35)は前記第1のダクト本体(12)の前記受け部末端(23)に挿入可能であり、前記挿入部末端(35)の前記外側表面(33)は前記受け部末端(23)の前記内側表面(15)に摩擦係合し、それにより結合部(41)を形成するように構成されそして配置され;そして
前記突起(14)の上に配置されるクランプ(20)と;
を有し、
ここにおいて前記クランプ(20)は、前記突起(14)の圧縮を引き起こし、前記突起はエラストマであり、それにより環境条件の変化に順応し、そして、前記結合部(41)に一定の圧力を提供するため、締め付けられ、前記第1のダクト本体(12)と前記第2のダクト本体(29)は前記第1の末端(19)と前記第2の末端(37)の間に密閉された流路を形成する、
ことを特徴とする内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。 - 前記突起(14)はオーバーモールドの工程により形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記オーバーモールドの工程はゴムまたはエラストマを前記受け部末端に固定する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記突起(14)は混合注入の工程により配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記突起(14)は峰(51)と谷(53)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記峰(51)は丸められている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記峰(51)は平坦(42)である、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記第1のダクト本体(12)は前記突起(14)の両側に位置する第1の側壁(16)と第2の側壁(18)を有し、それぞれの前記側壁は前記突起(14)の高さ(H2)より高い高さ(H1)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記第1のダクト本体(12)と前記第2のダクト本体(29)は管状の形状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記受け部末端(23)の前記内側表面(15)はキャッチタブ溝(61)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記挿入部末端(35)は前記キャッチタブ溝(61)に係合するように構成されそして配置されるラッチタブ(63)の形状に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記挿入部末端の外側には前記キャッチタブ溝(61)と後部壁(30)の間に前記受け部末端(23)を捕獲するための後部壁(30)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
- 前記突起(14)は鋸歯の形状である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内部燃焼エンジン用適応型空気取り込みジョイント。
