Abstract
Description
実施形態によると、強化剤構成成分は、ビスフェノールFベースの樹脂(例えば1つ以上のビスフェノールFベースの樹脂)と、ウレタンアクリレート構成成分(例えば1つ以上のウレタンアクリレート)と、を含む。強化剤構成成分は、第1の構成成分の総重量の5.0重量%〜39.0重量%(例えば、5.0重量%〜30重量%、5.0重量%〜25重量%、5.0重量%〜20重量%、5.0重量%〜15重量%、及び/または5.0重量%〜10重量%)を占め、この第1の構成成分は、強化剤構成成分、ハードナー構成成分、及びエポキシベース構成成分を含む。強化剤構成成分の総重量に基づいて、ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂は、2.5重量%〜50.0重量%(例えば、10.0重量%〜50.0重量%、20.0重量%〜50.0重量%、30.0重量%〜45.0重量%、35.0重量%〜45.0重量%、及び/または39.0重量%〜43.0重量%)の量で存在し、ウレタンアクリレート構成成分は、50.0重量%〜97.5重量%(例えば、50.0重量%〜90.0重量%、50.0重量%〜80.0重量%、50.0重量%〜70.0重量%、50.0重量%〜65.0重量%、55重量%〜65重量%、及び/または59重量%〜63重量%)の量で存在する。

ハードナー構成成分は、少なくとも1つのアミンベースのハードナーを含み、ハードナー構成成分中のアミノ水素基の当量数対ハードナー構成成分中のアミン反応基と共有結合を形成することが可能な第1の構成成分中の反応基の当量数に基づいて、0.8対1.2の比率で存在する。濃度は、0.8:1.0〜1.2:1.0(例えば、0.9:1.0〜1.2:1.0、0.8:1.0〜1.2:1.0、0.8:1.0〜1.1:1.0など)であるような、(アミノ水素NH):(エポキシ官能価及びアクリレート官能価の組み合わせ、すなわち、アミン反応基と共有結合を形成することが可能な第1の構成成分中の反応基)の当量比として測定され得る。例示的な実施形態では、ハードナー構成成分は、強化剤構成成分、エポキシベース構成成分、及びハードナー構成成分を含む配合物の総重量の15重量%〜45重量%を占めてもよい。例えば、ハードナー構成成分は、15重量%〜45重量%の量で存在し得、残余は、強化剤及びエポキシベース構成成分である。
エポキシベース構成成分は、強化剤構成成分、ハードナー構成成分、及びエポキシベース構成成分の総重量(合計100重量%に基づく)の残余を占める。エポキシベース構成成分は、強化剤構成成分におけるビスフェノールFベースの樹脂とは別個に提供され、例えば、エポキシベース構成成分は、ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂とは異なる、少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含み得る。例えば、エポキシベース構成成分は、強化剤構成成分、エポキシベース構成成分、及びハードナー構成成分を含む配合物の総重量の20重量%〜80重量%(例えば、40重量%〜60重量%)を占めてもよい。エポキシベース構成成分は、液体エポキシ樹脂のみを含み得る。
硬化性組成物は、硬化性組成物の対象用途のための充填剤(複数可)及び/または任意の追加成分(複数可)を含む任意の第2の構成成分を含み得る。例示的な充填剤(複数可)は、有機充填剤(複数可)及び無機充填剤(複数可)を含む。例えば、充填剤(複数可)は、例えば、クリア塗装の形成、接着層の形成、及びエポキシ組成物に関して当該技術分野において既知の他の対象用途を含む、対象用途において使用するための当該技術分野において既知である充填剤(複数可)であり得る。例えば、充填剤は、炭酸カルシウム、ケイ素粉末、タルク粉末、及び/またはシリカを含み得る。いずれかの追加成分(複数可)(例えば、クリア塗装として、接着層として、及びエポキシ組成物に関して当該技術分野において既知の他の対象用途として、を含む対象用途に依存する)は、以下:流動変性剤、顔料、接着促進剤、及びエポキシコーティングの配合の当業者に既知の他の添加剤を含む。いずれかの追加成分は、使用されるエポキシ化合物とハードナー/硬化剤との間の反応を促進するための触媒、希釈剤もしくは溶剤、配合物の第1及び第2のエポキシ樹脂とブレンドされ得るフェノール樹脂などの他の樹脂、促進剤、顔料、安定剤、可塑剤、触媒不活性化剤、難燃剤、湿潤剤、レオロジー変性剤、エポキシ用途に使用される他の類似する添加剤/構成成分、ならびにこれらの混合物など、配合物に添加され得る他の任意の化合物を含み得る。
硬化性配合物の調製及び/またはその段階のいずれかは、バッチプロセスまたは連続プロセスであり得る。プロセスに使用される混合装置は、当業者に既知のいずれかの槽及び補助装置であり得る。
硬化製品(例えば、硬化性組成物から作製された架橋製品)は、従来のエポキシ硬化樹脂よりも改善された性質を示し得る。例えば、硬化コーティング製品は、有利に、改善された耐衝撃性、可撓性、及び/または耐摩耗性を呈し得る。
ウレタンアクリレートは、最初にプレポリマーを合成し、次に得られたプレポリマーに対してアクリレートキャッピング手順を行う、以下に記載されるプロセスにより、DMC及びKOHの両方で触媒されたポリオールで調製される。

Claims (11)
- 硬化性組成物であって、
(A)第1の構成成分であって、
ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂及びウレタンアクリレート構成成分を含む、前記第1の構成成分の総重量に基づいて、5.0重量%〜39.0重量%の強化剤構成成分であって、前記強化剤構成成分の総重量に基づいて、前記ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂が、2.5重量%〜50.0重量%の量で存在し、前記ウレタンアクリレート構成成分が、50.0重量%〜97.5重量%の量で存在し、前記ウレタンアクリレート構成成分が、アクリレートとイソシアネート末端プレポリマーのキャッピング反応生成物を含み、前記イソシアネート末端プレポリマーが、ポリイソシアネートと、少なくとも3000g/molの分子量を有する少なくとも1つのDMC由来ポリオールの反応生成物である、強化剤構成成分と、
少なくとも1つのアミンベースのハードナーを含むハードナー構成成分であって、前記ハードナー構成成分中のアミノ水素基の当量数対前記ハードナー中のアミン反応基と共有結合を形成することが可能な前記第1の構成成分中の反応基の当量数に基づいて、0.8対1.2の比率で存在する、ハードナー構成成分と、
前記第1の構成成分の総重量の残余を占め、前記ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂とは別個に提供される少なくとも1つのエポキシ樹脂を含む、エポキシベース構成成分と、を含む、第1の構成成分と、
(B)前記硬化性組成物の対象用途のための充填剤及び任意の追加成分のうちの少なくとも1つを含む任意の第2の構成成分と、を含む、硬化性組成物。 - 前記組成物が、5.0重量%〜20.0重量%の前記強化剤構成成分を含む、請求項1に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記エポキシベース構成成分が、前記ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂とは異なる、請求項1または2に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ウレタンアクリレートが、前記強化剤構成成分の総重量の70重量%未満を占める、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- ポリイソシアネートが、少なくとも2の公称イソシアネート官能価を有するモノマーイソシアネートである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記DMC由来ポリオールが、低レベルの不飽和を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂及び前記ウレタンアクリレート構成成分が、前記エポキシベース構成成分と前記ハードナー構成成分を混合して層を形成する前に予めブレンドされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記ビスフェノールFベースのエポキシ樹脂、前記ウレタンアクリレート構成成分、ならびに前記ハードナー構成成分及び前記エポキシベース構成成分のうちの少なくとも1つが、同時に混合されて層を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 前記任意の第2の構成成分が存在し、前記第1の構成成分及び前記第2の構成成分の合計重量の5重量%〜70重量%を占める、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物の硬化製品である、耐食コーティング。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物の硬化製品である、耐衝撃性コーティング。
