Abstract
Description
a)射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第1の構成品を挿入し、任意に第1の構成品を成形処理する工程と、
b)第1の構成品の少なくとも一側面上に少なくとも1つの固定要素を注入する工程と、
c)射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第2の構成品を挿入し、任意に第2の構成品を成形処理する工程と、
d)第1の構成品を、固定要素を有する側面によって第2の構成品に結合し、固定要素上に及び/又は固定要素内に第2の構成品を通ってマトリックス材料が注入される工程とを有する。
a)射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第1の構成品を挿入して、任意に第1の構成品を成形処理する工程と、
b)第1の構成品の少なくとも一側面上に少なくとも1つの固定要素を注入する工程と、
c)射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第2の構成品を挿入して、任意に第2の構成品を成形処理する工程と、
d)第1の構成品を、固定要素を有する側面によって第2の構成品に結合し、固定要素上に及び/又は固定要素内に第2の構成品を通ってマトリックス材料が注入される工程とを有する。

Claims (15)
- 多重シェル複合材料構成品を製造するための方法であって、
a)射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第1の構成品(1)を挿入し、任意に前記第1の構成品(1)を成形処理する工程と、
b)前記第1の構成品の少なくとも一側面(5)上に少なくとも1つの固定要素(4)を注入する工程と、
c)前記射出成形金型内に少なくとも1つの第2の構成品(2)を挿入し、任意に前記第2の構成品(2)を成形処理する工程と、
d)前記第1の構成品(1)を、前記固定要素(4)を有する側面(5)によって前記第2の構成品(2)に結合し、前記固定要素(4)上に及び/又は前記固定要素(4)内に前記第2の構成品(2)を通ってマトリックス材料(6)が注入される工程とを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記固定要素(4)は、少なくとも1つの空洞(7)を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記空洞(7)の縦横比は、1:1から1:100の範囲にある、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)と前記第2の構成品(2)との結合中に、前記固定要素(4)の前記空洞(7)にマトリックス材料(6)が注入される、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)及び/又は前記第2の構成品(2)は、補強繊維配列及び熱可塑性マトリックスを備える、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料(6)は、前記熱可塑性マトリックスの材料と同じである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)と前記第2の構成品(2)との結合中に、前記固定要素(4)の前記空洞(7)に材料が注入され、前記空洞(7)の表面は少なくともある程度溶ける、請求項2から6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)及び/又は前記第2の構成品(2)の各場合の前記成形処理により、単一シェル繊維プラスチック複合体が製造される、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記固定要素(4)は、リブ、凸状領域、ビード、溝、フィレット及びこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる、請求項1から8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)及び/又は前記第2の構成品(2)は、長い繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチック、連続繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチック及び/又は一方向に強化されたテープである、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)及び/又は前記第2の構成品(2)は有機パネルである、請求項1から10の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の構成品(2)は、前記第1の構成品(1)に結合する前に、融点又はガラス転移温度を50°Cまで下回る温度から50°Cまで上回る温度にされる、請求項1から11の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の構成品(1)と前記第2の構成品(2)との結合後及び/又は結合中に、前記第2の構成品(2)の縁領域(12)が前記第1の構成品(1)上に押し付けられる、請求項1から12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13の何れか1項に記載の方法によって生産されたことを特徴とする多重シェル複合材料構成品。
- 少なくとも1つの第1の構成品(1)と1つの第2の構成品(2)とから成る成形品であって、前記第1の構成品(1)は少なくとも一側面に固定要素(4)を有し、前記第2の構成品(2)は、前記固定要素(4)に密着して結合されることを特徴とする成形品。
