Abstract
Description
a)前記少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体を環境圧力下で第1の温度Taに加熱する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体は少なくとも2つの相互に重なったポリマー層を有し、個々のポリマー層はそれぞれ繊維強化されていて、相互に密着結合しておらず、または相互に部分的にのみ密着結合しており、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも1つが半結晶性ポリマーを含む場合、DIN EN ISO 11357-3:2013-04による結晶性ポリマーの融点Tmよりも高い第1の温度Taに加熱し、前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が半結晶性ポリマーを含まない場合、前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層のうちの少なくとも1つにおけるポリマーのDIN EN ISO 11357-2:2013-09によるガラス転移温度Tgよりも高い第1の温度Taに加熱する工程、
b)前記加熱された少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体を第2の温度Tbおよび少なくとも3バールの圧力pbで加圧して完成部品を得る工程、
を含むことを特徴とする。
2つの完全に加圧固化された複数層の半製品構造体を赤外線放射フィールドで260℃に加熱し、構成部品金型内で加圧加工して、それぞれ完成部品を得た。前記2つの半製品構造体は、各々繊維強化された6つのポリマー層をそれぞれ含んでいた。ポリマーとして、PA6を使用した。第1の半製品構造体では、自身の繊維強化材に対して平行に向けられた4つのポリマー層があり、外側に配置されている2つのポリマー層は互いに平行で、隣接する層に対してそれぞれ90°の角度であった。第2の半製品構造体においても、合計4つのポリマー層が平行に向けられていた。外側から見たときに、6つの層の第2位(2番目)にある2つの層は互いに平行であり、隣接する層に対して90°の角度をなしていた。型内塗装にはPA6−GF35を使用した。完成部品の厚さは1.5mmであった。
相互に重なり合って互いに結合していないポリマー層を有する3つの複数層半完成品構造体を赤外線放射フィールドで260℃に加熱し、構成部品金型内で加圧加工して、それぞれ完成部品を得た。ポリマーとしてPA6を使用した。加圧工程の前に、260℃の温度を2.5から3分間維持した。前記半製品構造体はそれぞれ、各々繊維強化された6つのポリマー層を含んでいた。全ての前記半製品構造体に、自身の繊維強化材に関して平行に向けられた4つのポリマー層があり、外側に配置されている2つのポリマー層は互いに平行で、隣接する層に対してそれぞれ90°の角度であった。型内塗装にはPA6−GF35を使用した。完成部品の厚さは1.5mmであった。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体製の完成部品を製造する方法であって、
a)前記少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体製を環境圧力下で第1の温度Taに加熱する工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体は少なくとも2つの相互に重なったポリマー層を有し、個々のポリマー層はそれぞれ繊維強化されていて、相互に密着結合しておらず、または相互に部分的にのみ密着結合しており、前記ポリマー層の少なくとも1つが半結晶性ポリマーを含む場合、前記第1の温度Taを、DIN EN ISO 11357-3:2013-04による結晶性ポリマーの融点Tmよりも高くし、前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が半結晶性ポリマーを含まない場合、前記第1の温度Taを、前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層のうちの少なくとも1つにおけるポリマーのDIN EN ISO 11357-2:2013-09によるガラス転移温度Tgよりも高くする工程、
b)前記加熱された少なくとも1つの繊維強化した複数層の扁平な半製品構造体を第2の温度Tbおよび少なくとも3バールの圧力pbで加圧して完成部品を得る工程、
を含む方法。 - 工程a)の前に、第2のポリマー層に面する前記第1のポリマー層の表面の80%未満が、第2のポリマー層に連結結合を有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層の各々が完全に固化した層である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工程a)の前に、前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が、240℃から280℃の範囲内の温度Tvおよび5バールより高い圧力Pvで加圧することによってそれぞれ完全に固化される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 第1の温度Taが、工程a)において環境圧力で少なくとも5秒間維持される、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の温度Tbは、前記第1の温度Taと同じかそれより高い請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)が直接工程a)の後に続く、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)における完成部品が追加的に型内塗装される、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)の後に、完成品が型内塗装されるか、または要素が完成品に射出成形される工程c)が続く、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記加熱が非接触で行われる、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記加熱が赤外線放射または対流オーブン内で行われる、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 工程b)において、加圧により完成部品の厚さが1mm以上4mm以下になる、又は、工程b)に続く他の工程で、加圧により完成部品の厚さが1mm以上4mm以下になる、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が、ポリマーに対してそれぞれ少なくとも50重量%のポリオレフィン、ポリビニルポリマー、スチレンポリマー、アクリロニトリル-スチレン共重合体、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン、(メタ)アクリル酸のポリマー、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアクリレート、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリカーボネート、ポリフェニレンエーテル、硫化ポリフェニレン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリイミド、ポリキノキサリン、ポリキノリン、ポリベンズイミダゾール、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリウレタン、またはそれらの混合物を有する請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が母材物質と同じポリマーを有する請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも2つのポリマー層が、それぞれ繊維構造体により強化され、前記繊維構造体が好ましくは織布、編地、織込みスクリム、不織布または整列していない繊維、又は連続フィラメント繊維製の一方向性若しくは二方向性繊維構造体を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の工程。
- 前記繊維構造体の繊維が、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、金属繊維、ポリマー繊維、チタン酸カリウム繊維、ホウ素繊維、または鉱物繊維である、請求項15に記載の工程。
