Abstract
Description
粘度:
サーモセル加熱ユニット(Thermosel heating unit)を有するブルックフィールド粘度計RVT、スピンドル27を使用、100℃、10rpm、EN ISO 2555に準拠。
本発明によるホットメルト接着剤(実施例A〜CおよびE〜I)および従来のホットメルト接着剤(実施例D)の除去性をテストし、以下の工程からなる方法に従って評価した:
1.ホットメルト接着剤で接合された基材(組立品部品)を屋内雰囲気下で24時間保持する;
2.接合された基材を80℃に加熱したオーブンに20分間配置する;
3.オーブンから基材を取り出した直後、基材を取り外し、基材上に残った接着剤を手で剥がそうと試みる;および
4.次の基準により除去性を評価する:
「良好」とは、接着剤残存物が基材から完全に剥がれたことを意味し、
「不良」とは、大部分の接着剤残存物が基材からうまく剥がすことができず、基材の表面に残ったことを意味する。
イソシアネート:
4,4'-MDI:Bayer製の商標名44Cでの市販品。
コモノマーとしてのブチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとの共重合生成物
融点:約100℃
数平均分子量:約30000g/mol。
コモノマーとしてのブチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとの共重合生成物
融点:約120℃
数平均分子量:約50000g/mol。
コモノマーとしてのブチルメタクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとの共重合生成物
融点:約110℃
数平均分子量:約60000g/mol。
ポリエステルポリオール1:
Dynacoll 7130;Creanova製の、ジエチレングリコール、1,2-プロピレングリコールおよびアジピン酸を含む市販品。
Dynacoll 7240;Creanova製の、ネオペンチルグリコールおよび無水フタル酸、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオールおよびイソフタル酸を含む市販品。
Shanghai Gao Qiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd製の、エチレングリコールおよびジエチレングリコールを含む市販品であるN240
2,2'-ジモルホリノジエチルエーテル(DMDEE):BASF SE製の商標名Lupragen(登録商標)N106での市販品。
3-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン:Dow Corning製の商標名XIAMETER(登録商標)OFS-6011での市販品。
無水マレイン酸-変性ポリエチレン:Mitsubishi Petrochemical Company, Ltd製の商標名MODIC L100Fでの市販品。
本発明による表1に示される処方(重量による)を有する反応性ホットメルト接着剤を、実施例A〜CおよびE〜Iとして調製した。この調製において、全てのポリオールおよび(メタ)アクリレートポリマーを添加して溶融させ、均質かつ水分がなくなるまで真空下で混合した。次にMDIを添加し、1時間後に反応が完了するまで100℃で真空下で混合しながら重合を進行させた。最後に、添加剤を添加し、生成した混合物を100℃で10分間攪拌した。その後、生じた反応性ホットメルト接着剤を、水分への曝露を防ぐために乾燥窒素上部空間下で容器に配置した。(メタ)アクリレートポリマーを含まない従来の反応性ホットメルト技術を表す比較実施例を、同じ方法により調製し、実施例Dという。
Claims (17)
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーおよびイソシアネート官能性ポリウレタンプレポリマーを含む反応性ホットメルト接着剤であって、(メタ)アクリレートポリマーは90〜140℃の融点および20000〜80000g/molの数平均分子量を有する、反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーは(メタ)アクリレートコポリマーであり、(メタ)アクリレートポリマーを形成するモノマーは、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、プロピルメタクリレート、ブチルメタクリレート、ヘキシルメタクリレート、オクチルメタクリレート、2-エチルヘキシルメタクリレート、ドデシルメタクリレートおよびその組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーを形成するモノマーは、メチルメタクリレートおよびブチルメタクリレートである、請求項1または2に記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレートポリマーは25000〜60000g/mol、好ましくは30000〜50000g/molの数平均分子量を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーは95〜130℃の融点を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーは、約100℃の融点および約30000g/molの数平均分子量を有するモノマーとしてのブチルアクリレートとメチルメタクリレートとの共重合生成物;約120℃の融点および約50000g/molの数平均分子量を有するモノマーとしてのブチルアクリレートおよびメチルメタクリレートの共重合生成物;約110℃の融点および約60000g/molの数平均分子量を有するモノマーとしてのブチルメタクリレートおよびメチルメタクリレートの共重合生成物、およびその組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリレートポリマーの量が、反応性ホットメルト接着剤の総重量を基準にして5〜40重量%、好ましくは10〜30重量%である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- イソシアネート官能性ポリウレタンプレポリマーは、1以上のポリイソシアネートおよび1以上のポリオールを含む反応物の反応生成物であり、ポリイソシアネート中のNCO基の、ポリオール中のOH基に対するモル比は、1:1を超え、好ましくは1.8〜2.2、より好ましくは1.9〜2.1である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- ポリオールは、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリエーテルポリオール、およびその組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- イソシアネート官能性ポリウレタンプレポリマーの量が、反応性ホットメルト接着剤の総重量に基づいて60〜90重量%、好ましくは65〜85重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 接着剤は、希釈剤、可塑剤、充填剤、顔料、硬化触媒、解離触媒、酸化防止剤、流動性改良剤、染料、難燃剤、阻害剤、UV吸収剤、接着促進剤、安定剤、熱可塑性ポリマー、粘着付与剤およびワックスからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 接着剤は、天然または変性ロジン;天然または変性ロジンのグリセロールおよびペンタエリスリトールエステル;天然または変性テルペンおよび芳香族モノマー、フェノールおよびその水素化誘導体のコポリマーおよびホモポリマー;脂肪族石油炭化水素およびその水素化誘導体;脂環式石油炭化水素樹脂およびその水素化誘導体;脂肪族/芳香族または脂環式/芳香族コポリマーおよびその水素化誘導体;および芳香族樹脂からなる群からの任意の混和性樹脂または混合物を含む粘着付与剤をさらに含む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 接着剤は、任意のオレフィン系モノマー、好ましくはアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、ビニルエステル(ビニルアセテートおよびビニルプロピオネート)、ビニルエーテル、スチレン、アクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、フマレート、マレエート、アクリロニトリル、エチレン、プロピレンおよびその誘導体のホモポリマーまたはランダムコポリマーからなる群から選択される熱可塑性ポリマー、好ましくは無水マレイン酸変性ポリエチレンおよび無水マレイン酸変性ポリプロピレンから選択される熱可塑性ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 10rpmにおいてスピンドル27を用いてブルックフィールドデジタル粘度計RVTによりEN ISO 2555に従って測定される接着剤の粘度は、100℃において2000〜20000mPasである、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤から得られた硬化接着剤。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤を液状で第1の基材に塗布し、第2の基材を第1の基材に塗布された組成物と接触させ、接着剤を、組成物を冷却して固体状態に硬化させる水分に曝すことを含む、材料を接合する方法。
- 木材、金属、ポリマープラスチック、ガラスおよびテキスタイルから形成される基材を有する物品を接合するための;給水塔における、外面への接合のための、履物の製造における、窓の製造におけるグレイジングコンパウンドとしての、ドアおよび建築パネルの製造における、および携帯用デバイスおよびディスプレイの製造における、請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の反応性ホットメルト接着剤または請求項15に記載の硬化接着剤の使用。
