Claims (20)
- タイヤ空気圧管理システム用のバルブアセンブリであって、
バルブキャビティを有するハウジングと、
前記バルブキャビティの中に配置され、前記ハウジングとシールされた関係にあるケージ部材と、
前記ケージ部材の中で移動可能なピストンと、
前記バルブキャビティの付勢部材キャビティ部に提供された付勢部材と、
を備え、
前記付勢部材は、前記ピストンが前記付勢部材キャビティ部から離れるよう付勢すべく、前記ピストンの軸部に接触している、
バルブアセンブリ。 - 前記バルブキャビティは主要キャビティ部も有し、前記ケージ部材は、前記主要キャビティ部に配置されている、
請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記付勢部材は、前記ピストンが前記付勢部材キャビティ部から離れるように付勢すべく、前記軸部の円形端面に接触している、
請求項1又は2に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記付勢部材及び前記ケージ部材は、前記ピストンの一部によって互いに分離されている、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記ケージ部材は、第1の円筒形状の壁部を介して中央環状部に取り付けられた上側環状部と、第2の円筒形状の壁部を介して前記中央環状部に取り付けられた下側環状部とを有し、
前記第1の円筒形状の壁部は、そこを貫通して形成された複数の穴を含み、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部は、そこを貫通して形成された複数の穴を含み、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部を貫通して形成された前記複数の穴のうち少なくとも1つの穴は、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部の面取りされた部分によって少なくとも部分的に画定されている、
請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記ピストンは上側部分も有し、前記上側部分は空気圧信号を受信し、前記ピストンの第1の端部を形成する端面を有し、前記ピストンの前記第1の端部は前記ピストンの第2の端部の反対側に提供され、
前記ピストンの前記第2の端部は前記軸部の端面によって画定されている、
請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 第1の流体管は、前記バルブキャビティ、及び前記タイヤ空気圧管理システムの別の部分と流体連通しており、
第2の流体管は、前記バルブキャビティと流体連通し且つ前記第1の流体管と選択的に流体連通している、
請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記ピストンと流体連通している空気圧信号管を更に備え、
前記ピストンは、前記空気圧信号管を通って前記ピストンに方向づけされた空気圧信号に応答して、移動可能である、
請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記主要キャビティ部は、下側キャビティ部により前記付勢部材キャビティ部から分離されている、
請求項2に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記空気圧信号は、ソレノイドバルブに通電することで提供される、
請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記軸部は、前記ピストンの下側部分の一部として提供され、
前記下側部分は中央部分に取り付けられ、前記中央部分は前記下側部分と前記上側部分とを分離する、
請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記第2の流体管は、全体的に卵形の断面を有する、

バルブキャビティを有するハウジングと、
前記バルブキャビティ、及び前記タイヤ空気圧管理システムの別の部分と流体連通している第1の流体管と、前記バルブキャビティと流体連通し且つ前記第1の流体管と選択的に流体連通している第2の流体管と、前記バルブキャビティと流体連通し且つ前記第1の流体管と選択的に流体連通している第3の流体管と、
前記バルブキャビティの中に配置され、前記ハウジングとシールされた関係にあるケージ部材と、
前記ケージ部材の中で移動可能なピストンであって、前記ピストンは第1の端面及び第2の端面を有し、前記第1の端面及び前記第2の端面は前記ピストンの両端を画定し、前記第1の端面は空気圧信号を受信し、前記第2の端面は、前記ピストンを前記バルブキャビティの端部から離れるように付勢する付勢部材により接触される、ピストンと、
を備える、
バルブアセンブリ。 - 前記ケージ部材は、第1の円筒形状の壁部を介して中央環状部に取り付けられた上側環状部と、第2の円筒形状の壁部を介して前記中央環状部に取り付けられた下側環状部とを有し、
前記第1の円筒形状の壁部は、そこを貫通して形成された複数の穴を含み、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部は、そこを貫通して形成された複数の穴を含み、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部を貫通して形成された前記複数の穴のうち少なくとも1つの穴は、前記第2の円筒形状の壁部の面取りされた部分によって少なくとも部分的に画定されている、
