Abstract
Description
しかし、本発明が解決しようとする技術的課題は、以上において言及した課題に制限されず、言及されていないまた他の課題は、下記の記載から当業者に明確に理解され得るだろう。
前記スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)ゴムのスチレン含量は、15重量%〜30重量%であってよい。
前記タッチスクリーンパネル用非硬化性ゴム系粘着剤組成物は、非硬化性(non−curable)であることを特徴とするが、別途の硬化剤が含まれないことが好ましい。
前記粘着剤層20の硬化度(ゲル含量)は、0%であることが好ましいが、これに限定されることはない。硬化しなくても、前記タッチスクリーンパネル用非硬化性ゴム系粘着剤組成物をコーティングして、硬化度(ゲル含量)が0%である粘着剤層11を形成することができる。
(実施例1)
スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン(SIS)ゴム(Mw=60,000)(スチレン含量=15〜20重量%)25gに、溶剤としてトルエン(Toluene)75gを添加した後、常温(25℃)で600rpmで十分に撹拌し、タッチスクリーンパネル用非硬化性ゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着増進剤としてRegalite 1125 5gを添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で非硬化性ゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
粘着増進剤としてアクリル系樹脂(2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート90mol%及びアクリル酸10mol%)5gを添加したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法で非硬化性ゴム系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
アクリル系樹脂(2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート90mol%及びアクリル酸10mol%)25gに、溶剤としてトルエン(Toluene)75gを添加した後、十分に撹拌し、熱風を付与して硬化させ、アクリル系粘着剤組成物を製造した。
実施例1〜3及び比較例1において製造された粘着剤組成物を無処理PET離型フィルム上にナイフコーターでコーティングし(コーティング厚さ:20μm)、粘着剤層を形成した。
粘着剤層を横×縦(10cm×2.5cm)に切った後、重さを測り、PET筒にトルエン溶剤を50ml入れた後、24時間の間常温に保管した。十分に膨潤した粘着剤層を、用意した130mm×130mmの200メッシュにろ過した後、110℃のオーブンで4時間かけて乾燥した後、重さを測った。最初の粘着剤層の重さと後ほどの粘着剤層の重さの差を計算し、最終ゲル含量を測定した。
無処理PET離型フィルムが形成された粘着剤層を横×縦(10cm×2.5cm)に切ってガラスに載せ、指で3ポイントをつけた後、無処理PET離型フィルムが形成された粘着剤層の全体が貼り付く時間を観察した。
無処理PET離型フィルムが形成された粘着剤層をガラス面に貼り付け、80℃の高温のオーブンに1日間維持した後、無処理PET離型フィルムを剥離し、このとき、粘着剤層の残渣の有無を観察した。
無処理PET離型フィルムが形成された粘着剤層を横×縦(10cm×2.5cm)に切った後、試片の一面を50μmの無処理PETフィルム(栗村化学、SG00)にそれぞれ貼り付け、2kgのローラで2回往復して貼り付けた後、常温(23℃)の温度で30分が経過した時点で剥離力測定器を利用し、300mm/minの剥離速度及び180度の剥離角度で離型剥離力を測定した。
