本発明により、ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填剤を含むマルチフィラメント繊維であって、炭酸カルシウムがマルチフィラメント繊維中に、マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の量で存在する、マルチフィラメント繊維が提供される。
a)ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填剤を含む混合物を提供するステップ、
b)ステップa)の混合物を溶融させて、これを成形オリフィスに通過させて、マルチフィラメント繊維を形成するステップおよび
c)マルチフィラメント繊維を急冷するステップを含むマルチフィラメント繊維を製造する方法であって、
炭酸カルシウムがマルチフィラメント繊維中に、マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の量で存在する方法が提供される。
真空バッグ、または不織層を備えるラミネートである。
以下では、実施例で行った測定方法および材料について説明する。
炭酸カルシウム充填剤の粒径分布は、米国のマイクロメリティックス社(Micromeritics)のセディグラフ(Sedigraph)5120を使用して測定した。方法および機器は当業者に公知であり、充填剤および顔料の粒径を決定するためによく使用されている。測定は、0.1重量%Na4P2O7を含む水溶液中で行った。高速撹拌機および超音波を使用してサンプルを分散させた。
タイター、即ち線密度[dtex]はEN ISO 2062に従って測定し、10,000m紡糸1グラムの重量に相当する。25または100メートルの試料を0.5cN/texの予張力で標準リールに巻き付け、分析用天秤で秤量した。次に10,000m紡糸長当たりのグラム数を計算した。
靭性は、破断荷重および線密度から計算して、dtex当たりのセンチニュートン[cN/dtex]で表した。試験は、動力計で一定の引張速度で行った。最大力は、糸に最大限に印加できる力であり、ニュートン[N]で表す。伸びは、糸をこれの最大荷重まで引っ張ることによって生じた長さの増加であり、糸の最初の長さのパーセンテージ[%]として表す。本試験に適用可能な規格はEN ISO 5079およびASTM D 3822である。
繊維およびマスターバッチ中の灰分[%]は、570℃の焼却炉に2時間入れた焼却るつぼ内のサンプルの焼却によって求めた。灰分は残りの無機残留物の合計量として測定する。
PET: ポリエチレンテレフタレート4060、ドイツのINVISTA Resins&Fibres GmbHから市販(固有粘度:0.66−0.68dl/g;カルボキシル末端基<50meq/kg;ジエチレングリコール≦1.1重量%;アモルファスポリマー;140−180℃にて30−60分で結晶化)。供給者のテクニカルデータシート(TDS)から得たデータ。
[実施例1]
マスターバッチの調製
PBTまたはPETおよび炭酸カルシウム充填剤CC1からCC4の1つを含有するマスターバッチを実験室規模のバスニーダー(Buss kneader)(PETではMKS 30およびPBTではPR46、スイスのバス(Buss)AG製)で調製した。ポリマーPETを加工前に160℃のオーブンで4時間、事前乾燥させた。調製したマスターバッチの組成物含有率および充填剤含有率を下の表1にまとめる。正確な充填剤含有率を灰分によって求めた。
マルチフィラメント繊維の調製
実施例1に従って製造した異なる量のマスターバッチをさらなるPBTまたはPETと混合し、PETは加工前に160℃のオーブンで4時間、事前乾燥させたマルチフィラメント繊維は、得られた混合物からCollin Multifilament Lab Line CMF 100(Dr.Collin GmbH、ドイツ)を使用して製造し、Collin Multifilament Lab Line CMF 100は、溶融ポンプを有する、34フィラメントの50mm直径紡糸口金、直径0.3mmの一軸スクリュー押出機を装備していた。紡糸システムは、マルチフィラメント繊維を急冷するための冷却チャンバならびに引張ゴデットおよび巻取り機も装備していた。リマノール(Limanol)35F/1(ドイツのシル+ザイラッハ(Schill+Seilacher)GmbHから市販)を紡糸油として使用した。機械的条件を下の表2に示す。製造したマルチフィラメント繊維の組成を下の表3にまとめる。
Claims (15)
- ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび
炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填剤を含むマルチフィラメント繊維であって、
前記炭酸カルシウムが前記マルチフィラメント繊維中に、前記マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の量で存在する、マルチフィラメント繊維。 - 前記ポリエステルが、ポリグリコール酸、ポリカプロラクトン、ポリエチレンアジペート、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、ポリヒドロキシブチレート、ポリアルキレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリトリメチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリ乳酸またはこれらの混合物もしくはこれらのコポリマーから成る群から選択され、好ましくは、前記ポリエステルがポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/またはポリブチレンテレフタレートである、請求項1に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、粉砕炭酸カルシウム、沈降炭酸カルシウム、修飾炭酸カルシウム、表面処理炭酸カルシウムまたはこれらの混合物であり、好ましくは表面処理炭酸カルシウムである、請求項1または2に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが表面処理炭酸カルシウムであって、これのアクセス可能な表面積の少なくとも一部上に疎水性化剤を含む処理層を含む表面処理炭酸カルシウムであり、好ましくは、前記疎水性化剤が、C4からC28の炭素原子の全量を有する脂肪族カルボン酸および/またはこれの反応生成物、置換基中に少なくともC2からC30の炭素原子の全量を有する直鎖、分枝、脂肪族および環式基から選択される基によって1置換されたコハク酸無水物から成る1置換コハク酸無水物および/またはこれの反応生成物、1つ以上のリン酸モノエステルおよび/またはこれの反応生成物ならびに1つ以上のリン酸ジエステルおよび/またはこれの反応生成物のリン酸エステルブレンド、ならびにこれらの混合物から成る群から選択され、より好ましくは、前記疎水性化剤が、置換基中に少なくともC2からC30の炭素原子の全量を有する直鎖、分枝、脂肪族および環式基から選択される基によって1置換されたコハク酸無水物から成る1置換コハク酸無水物および/もしくはこれの反応生成物ならびに/または1つ以上のリン酸モノエステルおよび/もしくはこれの反応生成物ならびに1つ以上のリン酸ジエステルおよび/もしくはこれの反応生成物のリン酸エステルブレンドである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが0.1から3μm、好ましくは0.4から2.5μm、より好ましくは1.0から2.3μm、および最も好ましくは1.2から2.0μmの重量中央粒径d50を有する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、前記マルチフィラメント繊維中に、前記マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して2から50重量%、好ましくは5から40重量%、より好ましくは8から35重量%、および最も好ましくは10重量%から30重量%の量で存在する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 0.5から4000dtex、好ましくは1から3000dtex、より好ましくは10から2000dtex、および最も好ましくは100から1500dtexの線質量密度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチフィラメント繊維。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのマルチフィラメント繊維を含む、繊維製品。
- 建設資材、消費者向けアパレル、工業用アパレル、医療製品、家庭用備品、防護用品、包装用材料、化粧用製品、衛生製品、濾過材料、ホース、パワーベルト、ロープ、ネット、糸、タイヤコード、自動車内張り、帆、フロッピーディスクライナーまたはファイバーフィルから選択される、請求項8に記載の繊維製品。
- a)ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填剤を含む混合物を提供するステップ、
b)ステップa)の混合物を溶融させて、これを成形オリフィスに通過させて、マルチフィラメント繊維を形成するステップおよび
c)前記マルチフィラメント繊維を急冷するステップを含むマルチフィラメント繊維を製造する方法であって、
前記炭酸カルシウムが前記マルチフィラメント繊維中に、前記マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の量で存在する、方法。 - ステップa)の前記混合物が、マスターバッチおよび追加のポリマーの混合物であり、前記マスターバッチがポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーおよび炭酸カルシウムを含む少なくとも1つの充填剤を含み、好ましくは前記マスターバッチにおいて、前記炭酸カルシウムが、前記マスターバッチの全重量に対して10から85重量%、好ましくは20から80重量%、より好ましくは30から75重量%、および最も好ましくは40重量%から75重量%の量で存在する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記マルチフィラメント繊維を延伸するステップd)をさらに含む、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- ポリエステルを含む少なくとも1つのポリマーを含むマルチフィラメント繊維中での充填剤としての炭酸カルシウムの使用であって、前記炭酸カルシウムが前記マルチフィラメント繊維中に、前記マルチフィラメント繊維の全重量に対して少なくとも2重量%の量で存在する、使用。
- 繊維製品を製造するための、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのマルチフィラメント繊維の使用。
- 建設資材、防水、断熱、防音、屋根ふき材、消費者向けアパレル、室内装飾材料および衣料品産業、工業用アパレル、医療製品、家庭用備品、防護用品、包装用材料、化粧用製品、衛生用製品、濾過材料、農業用途、建設用途、地質工学用途、工業用途、医療用途、輸送、エコ技術用途、包装用途、人体保護、財産保護またはスポーツ用途での、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのマルチフィラメント繊維ならびに/もしくは請求項8または9に記載の繊維製品の使用。
