Claims (10)
- 合成ガスからのα‐オレフィン製造用構造化鉄系触媒であって、活性成分、添加剤及びキャリアを含み、前記活性成分は鉄であり、前記添加剤は、VIB、VIIB、VIII族の遷移金属ルテニウム、プラチナ、銅、コバルト又は亜鉛である第1添加剤と、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素、酸化カリウム、酸化マンガン又は酸化ジルコニウムである第2添加剤を含み、前記触媒は重量パーセントで、活性成分の鉄が50.0%〜99.8%、遷移金属又は遷移金属酸化物である前記第1添加剤の含有量が0〜5.0%、金属酸化物である前記第2添加剤の含有量が0〜10%、残りが二酸化ケイ素のキャリアであり、前記活性成分の鉄、前記第1添加剤、前記キャリアの二酸化ケイ素を、熱拡散法を用いて単分散粒子に調整してから、前記第2添加剤に浸漬させる、合成ガスからのα‐オレフィン製造用構造化鉄系触媒。
- 前記第1添加剤の含有量は0〜2%であり、前記第2添加剤の金属酸化物の含有量は2%〜6%であり、前記活性成分の鉄の含有量は60%〜97%である、請求項1の合成ガスからのα‐オレフィン製造用構造化鉄系触媒。
- 前記キャリアの二酸化ケイ素の含有量は1%〜40%であり、前記第1添加剤の含有量は1%〜2%であり、前記第2添加剤の金属酸化物の含有量は2%〜6%であり、その残りは活性成分の鉄である、請求項1の合成ガスからのα‐オレフィン製造用構造化鉄系触媒。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法であって、
1)熱拡散法を用いた単分散触媒前駆体Aの調製工程と、前記調製工程は、
結晶水が除去された硝酸鉄と、第1添加剤の硝酸塩と、n−オクタノールを含むアモルファス二酸化ケイ素を混合して混合溶液を形成する工程と、前記混合溶液中の硝酸鉄、第1添加剤の硝酸塩、及びアモルファス二酸化ケイ素の合計含有量は3%〜20%であり、前記混合溶液を攪拌することにより前記硝酸塩を溶解させ、前記混合溶液を140〜180℃に加熱する工程と、温度を4時間一定に保つ工程と、前記混合溶液を冷却し、濾過し、乾燥させて黒色固形物を生成する工程と、前記黒色固形物を遊星ミルで20〜40分間破砕してから、400〜600℃のマッフル炉で5時間焙焼することにより触媒前駆体Aを生成する工程を含み、
2)第2添加剤を水又はエチルアルコールに溶解させて第2添加剤溶液を生成し、前記触媒前駆体Aを前記第2添加剤溶液中に乾式含浸させ、12〜24時間熟成させ、100〜130℃で乾燥させ、300〜1200℃で4〜10時間焙焼し、タブレット状に圧縮し、篩いにかけることにより、構造化鉄系触媒を生成する工程とを含む
構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法。 - 前記構造化鉄系触媒は、キャリアが二酸化ケイ素である場合の含有量が1%〜40%、前記第1添加剤の含有量が1%〜2%、前記第2添加剤の含有量が2%〜6%、残りは鉄である、請求項4の構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法。
- 前記工程1において、結晶水が除去された前記硝酸鉄、前記第1添加剤の硝酸塩及び前記アモルファス二酸化ケイ素をn−オクタノールと混合して混合溶液が形成され、前記混合溶液中の硝酸鉄、第1添加剤の硝酸塩及びアモルファス二酸化ケイ素の合計質量パーセントは5%〜15%である、請求項4又は5の構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法。
- 前記触媒前駆体Aの粒径は50〜60nmであり、前記触媒前駆体は球形であり、また単分散している、請求項4又は5の構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法。
- 前記触媒前駆体Aの粒径は50〜60nmであり、前記触媒前駆体は球形であり、また単分散している、請求項6の構造化鉄系触媒の調製方法。
- 請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により調製される構造化鉄系触媒の使用方法であって、α‐オレフィンを製造するために合成ガスを使用する固定床でのフィッシャートロプシュ合成反応を含み、その還元条件は、300〜500℃、0.2〜1.2MPa、400〜1500h-1(V/V)、6〜18時間、純度の高い水素環境であり、合成ガス反応条件は、190〜360℃、0.5〜5.0MPa、400〜20000 h-1(V/V)、H2/CO=1/1〜3/1である、構造化鉄系触媒の使用方法。
- 請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により調製される構造化鉄系触媒の使用方法であって、α‐オレフィンを製造するために合成ガスを使用するスラリー床でのフィッシャートロプシュ合成反応を含み、その還元条件は、300〜500℃、0.2〜1.2MPa、400〜1400rpm 、400〜1500h-1(V/V)、6〜18時間、純度の高い水素環境であり、合成ガス反応条件は、190〜360℃、0.5〜5.0MPa、400〜20000 h-1(V/V)、400〜1400rpm、H2/CO=1/1〜3/1である、構造化鉄系触媒の使用方法。
