Claims (15)
- 高温に加熱された際に電子を放出するように構成された電子放出デバイス(32)を備え、
前記電子放出デバイス(32)が、螺旋部分(36)を有するフィラメント(34)を備えることを特徴とする電子ビーム発生器。 - 前記電子放出デバイス(32)がディスク状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記電子放出デバイス(32)が、螺旋状のフィラメント(34)の外側端部に接続された平坦な外側支持素子(50)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記外側支持素子(50)にギャップ(54)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)が複数の巻線(38)を備え、半径方向における巻線(38)間の距離(d)が、半径方向における巻線(38)の幅(w)以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメントの外側巻線と前記外側支持素子(50)との間の距離(d)が、前記フィラメント(34)の隣接する巻線(38)間の距離(d)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)が、3巻から8巻の間、好ましくは3巻から5巻の間の巻線(38)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)が外側支持素子(50)に接続される前記フィラメント(34)の外側接続部分(42)が、前記フィラメント(34)が内側支持素子(60)に接続される前記フィラメント(34)の内側接続部分(44)に対して円周方向にずらされていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)が、内側支持素子(60)及び/又は外側支持素子(50)と一体になる接続部分(42、44)を備え、前記接続部分(42、44)が、半径方向と円周方向との間の屈曲部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)の螺旋部分(36)が、長手方向に沿って一定の幅(w)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記フィラメント(34)の螺旋部分(36)が、長手方向に沿って変化する幅(w)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記螺旋部分(36)の少なくとも外側巻線(80)が、長手方向に沿って変化する幅(w)を有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記外側支持素子(50)が、前記電子放出デバイス(32)に機械的及び/又は電気的に接続するための少なくとも一つの接続点(58)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 前記内側支持素子(60)が、前記電子放出デバイス(32)に機械的及び/又は電気的に接続するための少なくとも一つの接続点(68)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器。
- 電子ビーム照射によってパッケージング容器を殺菌するための電子ビーム殺菌デバイスであって、
内部空間(14)を封入し、且つ電子射出窓(30)を備える筐体(12)と、
電子ビームを発生させるために前記内部空間(14)内に配置された請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の電子ビーム発生器(30)とを備える電子ビーム殺菌デバイス(10)。
