Description
−カップ形状の底部分であって、この底部分は一方の画成壁および流体入口と流体出口を有するディスク形状の中央切り欠きを収容し、かつ
−フランジ状に形成されたカバー部分であって、このカバー部分は、カバー部分が底部分に固定される場合に、嵌入突出部の部分としての他の画成壁をもって中央切り欠き内へ同一平面で嵌入する。
Claims (12)
- 特に流体供給回路内で、脈動のような圧力衝撃を緩衝又は回避するための、好ましくはサイレンサーの形態の緩衝装置であって、緩衝室(19)を包囲する緩衝ハウジング(1)を有し、前記緩衝ハウジングが少なくとも1つの流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)及び流体入口と流体出口の間に延びる流体収容室(19)を有し、装置の駆動において流体流が貫流方向(15)に流体入口(11)から来て流体出口(13)の方向に緩衝室(19)を横切り、かつ、流体収容室(19)の少なくとも部分が貫流方向(15)に対して横方向に少なくとも1つの広がり方向に延びている、緩衝装置において、
流体収容室(19)が直接的に流体入口(11)及び流体出口(13)に隣接している、ことを特徴とする緩衝装置。 - 流体収容室が、緩衝ハウジング(1)内にディスク形状に形成された中空室(19)を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- ディスク形状の中空室(19)が、円筒状あるいは多角形として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝装置。
- 流体収容室(19)が流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)の間で、緩衝部材から自由に維持されるように、障害物なしに形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 中空室(19)が、緩衝ハウジング(1)の互いに対して平行に延びる2つの画成壁(21、25)によって閉鎖されており、かつ
流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)の部分が、緩衝ハウジング(1)内にこれらの画成壁(21、25)に対して整合して延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。 - 緩衝室孔として形成されている流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)の直径が等しい大きさであって、かつ2つの画成壁(21、25)の間の間隔に相当する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 緩衝ハウジング(1)が幾つかに分かれて形成されており、
カップ形状の底部分(3)を有し、前記底部分が一方の画成壁(21)及び流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)を有するディスク形状の中央切り欠き(41)を収容しており、かつ
フランジ状に形成されたカバー部分(5)を有し、前記カバー部分は、カバー部分(5)が底部分(3)に固定される場合に、嵌入突出部(39)の一部としての他方の画成壁(25)をもって、中央切り欠き(41)内へ同一平面で嵌入する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。 - カバー部分(5)の嵌入突出部(39)にシール装置が、特に一周する溝(43)内に挿入されるシールリング(45)の形態で、配置されており、前記シールリングが中央切り欠き(41)の構成要素としての中空室(19)を周囲に対して密閉する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- カバー部分(5)が、その垂直軸線(23)に対して直径方向に対向するように、複数の貫通孔(29)を有し、前記貫通孔が固定ボルト(35)を挿通されて、カバー部分(5)を底部分(3)に固定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 固定ボルト(35)が、流体入口(11)と流体出口(13)の領域(7、9)を残して、ディスク形状の流体収容室(19)を包囲する周に沿って緩衝ハウジング(1)に均一に配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 緩衝ハウジング(1)内の流体入口(11)及び/又は流体出口(13)に、流体入口(11)及び/又は流体出口(13)を包囲するシールリングのための収容部(47)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 流体入口(11)及び/又は流体出口(13)の領域(7、9)を包囲する、複数の固定ボルト(17)を有する固定ブロックの形態で、緩衝ハウジング(1)が第3構成部品に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
