Abstract
Description
車両ブレーキ装置の部分作動の運転状態または完全作動の運転状態において、ブレーキ圧は外部で駆動される圧力発生器22によって発生される。この圧力発生器22は、ブレーキ液を減衰装置10の減衰室18a内に圧送し、この減衰室18aから圧力媒体が段付きピストン14の絞り通路30を介して減衰室18b内に流入し、この減衰室18bから最後に、接続されたホイールブレーキ26に流入する。圧力発生器22によって生ぜしめられた圧力脈動は、減衰装置10の中空室12内で段付きピストン14を往復移動させ、それによって、ホイールブレーキ26の圧力媒体接続部20cとマスタブレーキシリンダ側の圧力媒体接続部20bとの間の圧力媒体接続部28の流過横断面を変化させ、それと同時に、減衰室18aと減衰室18bとの間の容積比を変化させ、その結果、圧力脈動は減衰装置10によって補正されるか若しくは均される。

Claims (8)
- スリップ制御可能な液圧式の車両ブレーキ装置のブレーキ回路内の圧力脈動を減衰するための減衰装置(10,10′,42)であって、可変容積式の第1の減衰室(18a,52)を第2の減衰室(18b,70)から分離する、抵抗力に抗して変形可能または移動可能な絞り体(14,60)と、前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)と前記第2の減衰室(18b,70)との間に存在する絞り通路(30,72)とを備えている減衰装置において、
前記絞り体(14,60)が基本位置にある間に前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)の圧力媒体収容容積を制限する手段(34,34′,74)が設けられていることを特徴とする、減衰装置。 - 前記絞り体(14,60)に絞り通路(30,72)が形成されており、前記絞り体(14,60)がその基本位置を占めている間、前記手段(34,74)が前記絞り通路(30,72)を閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の減衰装置。
- 前記手段(34,74)が、前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)内への前記絞り通路(30,72)の開口横断面を閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の減衰装置。
- 前記手段(34,74)が、前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)内に配置されたシールリングを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の減衰装置。
- 前記手段(74)が、前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)内に配置された錐形体、円錐形体またはピンを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の減衰装置。
- 前記絞り体(14,60)が、戻しばねの力に抗して操作可能な、前記絞り体の外径部に、段付けされた段付きピストン(14)を有しており、該段付きピストン(14)が、この段付きピストン(14)の内径部に対応して段付けされた、前記減衰装置(10,10′)の中空室(12)内で往復運動可能に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の減衰装置。
- 前記絞り体(14,60)が、弾性的に変形可能なダイヤフラム(60)を有しており、該ダイヤフラム(60)が円周方向側で前記減衰装置(42)のショルダ(64)に当接していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の減衰装置。
- 前記第1の減衰室(18a,52)が前記圧力発生器(22)の圧力側に接続されており、前記第2の減衰室(18b,70)がホイールブレーキ(26,56)に、および前記車両ブレーキ装置のマスタブレーキシリンダ(24)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の減衰装置。
