Claims (17)
- 液体内にガスを導入するためのエアレーション要素(2)用のマウント装置(8)であって、前記エアレーション要素(2)は、少なくとも1つの上方に突出する側壁(6)を有する基体(3)を備え、前記マウント装置は、前記エアレーション要素(2)の前記基体(3)の前記側壁(6)に接続するためのマウント要素(9)を備え、前記マウント要素(9)は、前記エアレーション要素(2)の前記基体(3)の少なくとも1つの側壁(6)に着脱自在に接続するための、弾性屈曲可能な少なくとも1つの保持ウェブ(10)を備えることを特徴とするマウント装置(8)。
- 前記マウント要素(9)は、前記エアレーション要素(2)の前記基体(3)の対向する側壁(6)に着脱自在に接続するための2つの保持ウェブ(10)を備え、
前記2つの保持ウェブ(10)は、浄化槽内に取り付けられ得るマウント部(11)により互いに接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマウント装置。 - 前記保持ウェブ(10)は、
前記側壁(6)の外面に配置するための制限部(11’)と、
前記制限部(11’)から内側に突き出る、少なくとも1つの保持部(12,13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のマウント装置。 - 前記保持ウェブ(10)は、上部保持部(12)と、下部保持部(13)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記下部保持部(13)は、前記制限部(11’)に対して、好ましくは実質的に平行に延出する接続部(14)を介して、前記マウント部(11)に接続されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記下部保持部(13)は、前記マウント部(11)の一領域として設計されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記マウント要素(9)は、一体型プロファイル部品として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記保持ウェブ(10)は、前記保持ウェブ(10)を屈曲させるために、前記保持ウェブ(10)の自由端においてグリップ要素(15)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記グリップ要素(15)及び前記保持ウェブ(10)は、一体的に設計されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記グリップ要素(15)は、前記保持ウェブ(10)の前記制限部(11’)と同一平面内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記グリップ要素(15)は、好ましくは前記上部保持部(12)に対応して設計された凹部(16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項8から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記グリップ要素(15)は、実質的に直線状の切断線(20)を備え、
前記切断線に隣接するグリップ要素(15)の部分は、前記上部保持部(12)を形成するために内側に曲げられ、
前記上部保持部(12)は、取り付けられた状態では、前記エアレーション要素(2)の前記側壁(6)の上面に、前記上部保持部(12)の下側のエッジ(21)が載ることを特徴とする請求項8から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載のマウント装置。 - 前記グリップ要素(15)は、前記保持ウェブ(10)の前記制限部(11’)から、好ましくは、外側に傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項8又は請求項9に記載のマウント装置。
- 前記マウント部(11)は、前記マウント要素(9”)を配置するための、1つの、好ましくは厳密に1つのマウント開口(9’)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載のマウント装置。
- 液体にガスを導入するためのエアレーション要素(2)と、特に浄化槽内に前記エアレーション要素(2)をマウントするためのマウント装置(8)と、を有するエアレータ(1)であって、
前記マウント装置(8)は、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に従って設計されることを特徴とするエアレータ。 - 前記エアレーション要素(2)の前記基体(3)は、前記マウント要素(9)の前記保持ウェブ(10)の間で縦方向に取り外し可能に配置されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のエアレータ(1)。
- 前記基体(3)は、ガス通過開口を有する膜要素(5)をクランプするためのクランプ溝(7)を横方向のエッジ領域に備え、前記クランプ溝(7)は、前記側壁(6)により外側に制限されることを特徴とする請求項15又は請求項16に記載のエアレータ。
