Description
Claims (21)
- 有孔のエアレーター用メンブレン(2)をエアレーター基板(3)に固定するための締結装置(1)であって、
アンダーカットされた溝(4)を少なくとも一つの縁領域に有しているエアレーター基板(3)を備え、
前記メンブレン(2)を締め付け固定するように溝(4)に締め付け嵌合する、概して円形の横断面を持った少なくとも一つの固定用部材(7)をさらに備えた前記締結装置(1)において、
前記溝(4)が前記エアレーター基板(3)の上面(5)の方向に開口し、前記溝(4)は少なくとも実質的に楕円形の横断面を有し、且つその長い方の横断面軸線(6)が上面の方へ延びていて、前記溝(4)が前記エアレーター基板(3)の外縁において前記溝(4)の開口上端から前記メンブレン(2)の作動開始位置よりさらに上方へ突出する細条壁(8)により外面が形成され、
前記固定用部材(7)と前記メンブレン(2)とを前記溝(4)内に押し込める際に、前記溝(4)の壁および/または前記固定用部材(7)が弾性変形可能であることを特徴とする締結装置。 - 前記細条壁(8)が弾性変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締結装置。
- 前記細条壁(8)が内側へ向かって隆起した形状の肉厚部(10)を有し、該肉厚部(10)が前記溝(4)の外面にて該溝(4)のアンダーカット部を規定していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の締結装置。
- 前記固定用部材(7)が筒状の管によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一つに記載の締結装置。
- 前記固定用部材(7)がプラスチックから成っていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一つに記載の締結装置。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)の外縁において、前記溝(4)の底部に、前記エアレーター基板(3)を生物反応槽に固定板(17)を介して立設させる細条足(9)が接続していることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一つに記載の締結装置。
- 前記細条足(9)と前記細条壁(8)とが連続して単一の、平坦な外面(11)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の締結装置。
- 複数の前記エアレーター基板(3)が生物反応槽から取り外され保管または搬送の目的で積層される場合に利用可能なように、前記細条足(9)が、その下面に、その下に配置される対応する前記エアレーター基板(3)の細条壁(8)の上面と係合させるための積層用凹部(21)を有していることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の締結装置。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)が、前記溝(4)に隣接して、前記メンブレン(2)を補助的に接着するための斜めに延びる接着面(13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか一つに記載の締結装置。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)が上面にガス貫通穴(15)を備えた管状のガス供給管路(14)を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか一つに記載の締結装置。
- エアレーター基板(3)と、該エアレーター基板(3)の上方にて該エアレーター基板(3)に固定される有孔のメンブレン(2)とを備え、前記メンブレン(2)が請求項1から10の何れか一つに記載の締結装置(1)を用いて前記エアレーター基板(3)に固定されていることを特徴とする液体に気泡を送り込むための設備。
- 前記細条足(9)の足部(19)を係合させるための係合舌片(20)を備えた固定板(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6から8の何れか一つに記載の締結装置(1)を備えた請求項11に記載の液体に気泡を送り込むための設備。
- 前記係合舌片(20)が金属の固定板(17)を部分的に切り抜き、折り曲げることにより得られたフック部材であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液体に気泡を送り込むための設備。
- 有孔のメンブレン(2)を固定するために用いられるアンダーカットされた溝(4)を少なくとも縁領域に備えたエアレーター基板(3)において、
前記溝(4)が前記エアレーター基板(3)の上面(5)の方向に開口し、前記溝(4)は少なくとも実質的に楕円形の横断面を有し、且つその長い方の横断面軸線(6)が上面の方へ延びていて、前記溝(4)が前記エアレーター基板(3)の外縁において作動位置で該溝(4)の開口上端からさらに上方へ突出する細条壁(8)により外面が形成されていることを特徴とするエアレーター基板。 - 前記細条壁(8)が弾性変位可能であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のエアレーター基板。
- 前記細条壁(8)が内側へ向かって隆起した形状の肉厚部(10)を有し、該肉厚部(10)が溝外面にて前記溝(4)のアンダーカット部を規定していることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載のエアレーター基板。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)の外縁において、前記溝(4)の底部に細条足(9)が接続していることを特徴とする請求項14から16の何れか一つに記載のエアレーター基板。
- 前記細条足(9)と前記細条壁(8)とが連続して単一の平坦な外面(11)を形成していることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のエアレーター基板。
- 複数の前記エアレーター基板(3)が生物反応槽から取り外され保管または搬送の目的で積層される場合に利用可能なように、前記細条足(9)が、その下面に、その下に配置される対応する前記エアレーター基板(3)の細条壁(8)の上面と係合させるための積層用凹部(21)を有していることを特徴とする請求項17または18に記載のエアレーター基板。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)が、前記溝(4)に隣接して、前記メンブレン(2)を補助的に接着するための斜めに延びる接着面(13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項14から19の何れか一つに記載のエアレーター基板。
- 前記エアレーター基板(3)が上面にガス貫通穴(15)を備えた管状のガス供給管路(14)を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項14から20の何れか一つに記載のエアレーター基板。
