Description
Claims (31)
- ウェアラブルリングデバイスであって、
ユーザの第1の指を内部に受け入れるためのサイズの貫通する開口部を画定する環状部材と、
前記環状部材内に収容されたコンピュータプロセッサと、
前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続され、前記環状部材の外周面に少なくとも部分的に配置され、前記ユーザの第2の指からの入力を受けるように構成された、タッチスクリーンと、
前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続され、少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスと通信するように構成された、無線送受信器と、
前記タッチスクリーン、無線送受信器、及びコンピュータプロセッサに電力を供給する充電可能な電源と、
を備える、ウェアラブルリングデバイス。 - 前記ユーザの音声コマンドを認識するために、前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続されたマイクロフォンを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロフォンが、前記ユーザによるコマンドに応じてアクティブになるように構成された、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザに前記コマンドの認識を示すための触覚アクチュエータを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 第2の触覚アクチュエータを更に備え、前記触覚アクチュエータ及び第2の触覚アクチュエータが、方向情報を前記ユーザに伝達するために構成された、請求項4に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザからの入力を受けるためのダイアルコントローラを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 無線電源から前記電源を充電するための無線電力受信器回路を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザの書く動きを感知するためのセンサを更に備え、前記無線送受信器が、前記少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスに前記ユーザにより書かれた文字に関連する情報を送信する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザの生体情報を感知するための生体センサを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ユーザに関連するデータを前記外部電子デバイスに送信し、それにより前記外部電子デバイスの状態を変更するための近距離通信タグを更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 指輪に取り付けられたタッチスクリーンを使用して遠隔の電子デバイスを制御する方法であって、
コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続され、かつユーザの第1の指に配置された指輪の外周面に少なくとも部分的に配置された、タッチスクリーン上で、前記ユーザの第2の指からの入力を受けることと、
前記コンピュータプロセッサを使用して、前記入力に関連付けられた複数のタッチイベントの1つを選択することと、
前記タッチイベントに関連付けられたコマンドを少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスに無線送信することと、
を含む、方法。 - 触覚フィードバックを前記ユーザの前記第1の指に送出することにより、前記ユーザに前記コマンドの送信を通知することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のタッチイベントの前記1つを選択することが、前記コマンドに関連付けられた、前記ユーザによりなされたジェスチャを認識することを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記外部電子デバイスが、第2の指に取り付けられたデバイスであり、前記送信されたコマンドが、前記第2の指に取り付けられたデバイスに前記ユーザから第2のユーザへのメッセージに対応するフィードバックを発生させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザが、前記入力を前記フィードバックと関連付ける、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続されたマイクロフォンを使用して、前記ユーザの音声入力を受信することと、
前記音声入力を前記少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスに送信することと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザからのコマンドに応じて前記マイクロフォンをアクティブにすることを更に含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザによるジェスチャに応じて、前記少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスとの無線リンクを確立することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ジェスチャが、前記第1の指で前記外部電子デバイスを指すことを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された動きセンサを使用して前記ユーザの筆跡を検出することと、前記検出された筆跡を前記少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスに送信することと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記入力が、前記ユーザにより前記指輪に取り付けられたタッチスクリーン上で描かれた文字である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスが、少なくとも1つの他の指輪に取り付けられたタッチスクリーンからのコマンドを更に受信する、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された近距離通信デバイスを前記外部電子デバイスに近づけることにより、前記外部電子デバイスの状態を変更することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された近距離通信デバイスを前記外部電子デバイスに近づけることにより、前記外部電子デバイスに情報を送信することを更に含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ユーザの第1の指に着用されたリング形コンピューティングデバイスを使用して情報を表示するための方法であって、
前記リング形コンピューティングデバイス内に収容されたコンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された無線送受信器を使用して、少なくとも1つ外部電子デバイスから送信された情報を受信することと、
前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続され、前記リング形コンピューティングデバイスの外周面に少なくとも部分的に配置された、タッチスクリーン上に情報を表示することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記受信した情報に基づいて、触覚アクチュエータをアクティブにすることを更に含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記受信した情報が、第2のリング形コンピューティングデバイスの第2のユーザにより描かれた文字を含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記触覚アクチュエータをアクティブにすることが、前記受信した情報を符号化した複数のパルスを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- (i)前記タッチスクリーン上で前記ユーザの第2の指からの入力を受信することと、(ii)前記コンピュータプロセッサを使用して、前記入力に関連付けられた複数のタッチイベントの1つを選択することと、(iii)前記タッチイベントに関連付けられたコマンドを少なくとも1つの外部電子デバイスに無線送信することと、を更に含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された近距離通信デバイスを前記外部電子デバイスに近づけることにより、前記外部電子デバイスの状態を変更することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記コンピュータプロセッサに電気的に接続された近距離通信デバイスを前記外部電子デバイスに近づけることにより、前記外部電子デバイスに情報を送信することを更に含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
