前記第一連結部の貫通孔は階段式貫通孔であり、前記ボルトの頭部は階段式貫通孔内に収納され;
前記第一連結部の自由端の高さは前記第一側板の高さより低く;
前記第一連結部の外側面は前記第二側板の外側面から突出しておらず、前記第二連結部の内側面は前記第一側板の内側面から突出しておらず;
前記第一連結部の外側面と前記第二側板の外側面とは揃えられ、前記第二連結部の内側面と前記第一側板の内側面とは揃えられ;
前記ボルトは十字穴円柱形ボルトであり、その頭部は前記第一連結部の外側面から突出しておらず、その尾部は前記第二連結部の内側面から突出していない。
Claims (15)
- 液晶表示装置の取り付け構造であって、バックライトモジュール、バックライトモジュール内に取り付けられるゴムフレーム、ゴムフレーム上に設けられる液晶表示パネル及び液晶表示パネル上に設けられる前フレームを含み;前記バックライトモジュールは、背面板と、背面板内に設けられる導光板と、前記背面板内に設けられるバックライトとを含み;前記背面板は底板と底板の側辺に位置する第一側板とを含み、前記バックライトは前記第一側板の内側に取り付けられ;前記前フレームは前板と前板の側辺に位置する第二側板とを含み;前記第二側板は第一側板上に覆われ;前記第一側板には外部へ突出する第一連結部が設けられ、前記第一側板には前記第一連結部と対応する挿入空間が形成され;前記第二側板には前記第一連結部と対向しかつ内部へ窪まる第二連結部が形成され、前記第二側板には前記第二連結部と対向する通路が形成され;前記第二連結部は前記挿入空間に挿入されるとともに前記第一連結部と当接し、前記第一連結部は前記通路に収納され;前記第一連結部には貫通孔が形成されており、前記第二連結部には前記貫通孔と対応するネジ孔が形成され、ボルトが前記貫通孔を通してネジ孔内に螺接することにより、前記第二側板が前記第一側板上に固定、取り付けられる液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記第一連結部の貫通孔は階段式貫通孔であり、前記ボルトの頭部は階段式貫通孔内に収納される請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記第一連結部の自由端の高さは前記第一側板の高さより低い請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記第一連結部の外側面は前記第二側板の外側面から突出しておらず、前記第二連結部の内側面は前記第一側板の内側面から突出していない請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記第一連結部の外側面と前記第二側板の外側面とは揃えられ、前記第二連結部の内側面と前記第一側板の内側面とは揃えられる請求項4に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記ボルトは十字穴円柱形ボルトであり、その頭部は前記第一連結部の外側面から突出しておらず、その尾部は前記第二連結部の内側面から突出していない請求項2に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記前フレームの硬度は前記背面板の硬度より硬い請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記背面板はアルミニウム板で製造され、前記前フレームはABSプラスチックで製造される請求項7に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記ゴムフレームは第一側板上に取り付けられる請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記バックライトモジュールは、前記底板に向かう前記導光板の一側に設けられる底部反射フィルムと、前記液晶表示パネルに向かう前記導光板の一側に設けられる光学フィルム組とを更に含む請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 液晶表示装置の取り付け構造であって、バックライトモジュール、バックライトモジュール内に取り付けられるゴムフレーム、ゴムフレーム上に設けられる液晶表示パネル及び液晶表示パネル上に設けられる前フレームを含み;前記バックライトモジュールは、背面板と、背面板内に設けられる導光板と、前記背面板内に設けられるバックライトとを含み;前記背面板は底板と底板の側辺に位置する第一側板とを含み、前記バックライトは前記第一側板の内側に取り付けられ;前記前フレームは前板と前板の側辺に位置する第二側板とを含み;前記第二側板は第一側板上に覆われ;前記第一側板には外部へ突出する第一連結部が設けられ、前記第一側板には前記第一連結部と対応する挿入空間が形成され;前記第二側板には前記第一連結部と対向しかつ内部へ窪まる第二連結部が形成され、前記第二側板には前記第二連結部と対向する通路が形成され;前記第二連結部は前記挿入空間に挿入されるとともに前記第一連結部と当接し、前記第一連結部は前記通路に収納され;前記第一連結部には貫通孔が形成されており、前記第二連結部には前記貫通孔と対応するネジ孔が形成され、ボルトが前記貫通孔を通してネジ孔内に螺接することにより、前記第二側板が前記第一側板上に固定、取り付けられ;
前記第一連結部の貫通孔は階段式貫通孔であり、前記ボルトの頭部は階段式貫通孔内に収納され;
前記第一連結部の自由端の高さは前記第一側板の高さより低く;
前記第一連結部の外側面は前記第二側板の外側面から突出しておらず、前記第二連結部の内側面は前記第一側板の内側面から突出しておらず;
前記第一連結部の外側面と前記第二側板の外側面とは揃えられ、前記第二連結部の内側面と前記第一側板の内側面とは揃えられ;
前記ボルトは十字穴円柱形ボルトであり、その頭部は前記第一連結部の外側面から突出しておらず、その尾部は前記第二連結部の内側面から突出していない液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。 - 前記前フレームの硬度は前記背面板の硬度より硬い請求項11に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記背面板はアルミニウム板で製造され、前記前フレームはABSプラスチックで製造される請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記ゴムフレームは第一側板上に取り付けられる請求項11に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
- 前記バックライトモジュールは、前記底板に向かう前記導光板の一側に設けられる底部反射フィルムと、前記液晶表示パネルに向かう前記導光板の一側に設けられる光学フィルム組とを更に含む請求項11に記載の液晶表示装置の取り付け構造。
