Description
本發明係關於一種平面顯示模組;具體而言,本發明係關於一種平面顯示模組的鎖固結構,具有抗震功能。
平面顯示器(flat panel display,FPD)產品,例如液晶顯示器(liquid crystal display,LCD),由於其耗電量少、較不佔空間等特性,已經逐漸取代舊式的顯示器而廣泛地被使用於各式電子產品。為了保證電子產品的耐用性,往往會針對電子產品的用途而制定出不同的結構強度需求,例如需要隨身攜帶的筆記型電腦就必須有一定的抗摔能力。此時,對於電子產品的重要元件之一的平面顯示器的設計,也無可避免地必須考量其耐摔、抗震等因素。
以液晶顯示面板(liquid crystal display panel)為例的平面顯示面板係以電場的變化控制顯示粒子的作動來達成顯示的效果,而電場的變化係藉由設置於印刷電路板上的電路來控制。圖1A為習知平面顯示模組之示意圖。如圖1A所示,平面顯示面板1與印刷電路板2之間一般係以軟性電路板3連接。如圖1B所示,印刷電路板2係藉由螺絲4鎖固於背板5而加以固定。
為了達到一定的結構強度需求,通常必須將螺絲4旋緊,使印刷電路板2緊密地鎖固於背板5。此時,當整個平面顯示模組遭受震動時,往往會使得印刷電路板2與平面顯示面板1之間拉扯的應力無法有效地分散消耗,嚴重者甚至會造成軟性電路板連接3拉扯斷裂的結果。
本發明之目的在於提供一種平面顯示模組,避免印刷電路板與背板之間過於緊密的鎖固,改善上述先前技術中的問題。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種平面顯示模組,改善印刷電路板的接地,藉以避免電磁干擾(Electromagnetic Disturbance,EMI)及靜電放電(Electrostatic Discharge,ESD)等問題。
本發明具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組包含顯示面板、軟性電路板、印刷電路板、背板、定位件及彈性間隔件。顯示面板具有訊號連接端;軟性電路板之一端電性連接訊號連接端;印刷電路板電性連接軟性電路板之另一端,且具有貫穿孔;背板容置顯示面板,軟性電路板橫跨背板,使印刷電路板平行於背板之表面;定位件包含帽部及桿部,桿部包含鎖固段及非鎖固段,非鎖固段較接近帽部,且其長度大於印刷電路板之厚度,鎖固段穿過印刷電路板之貫穿孔並鎖固於背板之表面,非鎖固段位於貫穿孔內,且與貫穿孔之孔壁夾有間隙;彈性間隔件設置於背板之表面及印刷電路板之間,可朝遠離表面之方向推出印刷電路板,並使印刷電路板抵觸於定位件之帽部。藉由定位件的設計,此平面顯示模組一方面避免了印刷電路板與背板之間過於緊密的鎖固而達到抗震的效果,另一方面改善了印刷電路板的接地,藉以避免電磁干擾及靜電放電等問題。
本發明提供一種具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組。在較佳實施例中,此平面顯示模組係使用液晶顯示面板。然而在不同實施例中,此背光模組亦可使用例如電漿顯示面板(plasma display panel)等其他類型的平面顯示面板。
圖2A為本發明具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組的一實施例之爆炸圖。如圖2A所示,此平面顯示模組包含顯示面板10、軟性電路板20、印刷電路板30、背板40、定位件50、絕緣結構60及彈性間隔件62(見圖2C)。顯示面板10設置於背板40上,具有訊號連接端11。軟性電路板20之一端21電性連接訊號連接端11,另一端22電性連接印刷電路板30,以達成顯示面板10與顯示面板10之間的電性連接。
圖2B為圖2A所示平面顯示模組之局部剖視圖。如圖2B所示,背板40包含相連接的側壁41及底部42。側壁41自背板40的邊緣向上曲折而形成具有倒U形剖面的結構,背板40的中間形成平坦的底部42。側壁41包含表面411及端面412,其中表面411為側壁41之外表面,端面412與表面411相鄰。表面411形成有鎖固孔4111,藉以鎖固定位件50。軟性電路板20設置於側壁41上方,自與顯示面板10連接的一端21彎折橫跨端面412而往表面411的方向延伸,使得與另一端22連接的印刷電路板30平行於表面411。在本實施例中,背板40以在底下支撐的方式容置顯示面板10,使顯示面板10平行於底部42。
絕緣結構60設置於印刷電路板30與背板40之間,定位件50穿過絕緣結構60而鎖固於背板40。在本實施例中,絕緣結構60為包圍並環繞於背板40外側的側壁41的膠框;然而在其他實施例中,絕緣結構60亦可以是塑膠或其他絕緣材質的薄片或墊片。圖2C為圖2A所示平面顯示模組之另一局部剖視圖。如圖2C所示,絕緣結構60包含主體61與彈片62,彈片62連接於主體61。印刷電路板30具有貫穿孔31,絕緣結構60於對應貫穿孔31之位置則具有貫穿孔63。圖2D為圖2A所示平面顯示模組的彈片之示意圖。如圖2D所示,在本實施例中,彈片62係以切割絕緣結構60之一部分的方式形成於貫穿孔63的一側。彈片62之連接端621連接於主體61,另一相對端為與主體61分離的自由端622。自由端622與主體61分離而朝印刷電路板30的方向彎折而頂出,使得設置於絕緣結構60上的印刷電路板30與彈片62的自由端622接觸。此外,自由端622較佳係朝向並靠近定位件50,使自由端622頂出的力量更集中。
然而在其他實施例中,彈片62可形成為其他形式。圖3A為本發明具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組的彈片的另一實施例之剖視圖;圖3B則為圖3A所示平面顯示模組的彈片之示意圖。如圖3A及圖3B所示,可於貫穿孔63的周圍形成多個彈片62,係兩兩成對平行排列,並分別朝印刷電路板30的方向頂出。在此實施例中,各個彈片62之自由端622係均勻分佈在貫穿孔63的周圍,以提供較穩定平均的力量頂起印刷電路板30。
圖4為本發明具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組的彈片的又一實施例之示意圖。如圖4所示,彈片62兩端分別連接主體61,中段部分則朝印刷電路板30的方向隆起並頂出。換言之,此實施例中之彈片62並無自由端的設置。在此實施例中,貫穿孔63係形成於彈片62的中段部分,供定位件50穿過而鎖固於側壁41。此外,此實施例中之彈片62較佳係採模內射出方式形成。
印刷電路板30於貫穿孔31之周圍包含露銅區32。在本實施例中,係以彈片62作為前述之彈性間隔件,以提供一彈性力支撐印刷電路板30,並作為印刷電路板30與背板40之間的絕緣介質。彈性間隔件62設置於背板40之表面411及印刷電路板30之間,可朝遠離表面411之方向推出印刷電路板30,一方面支撐印刷電路板30,另一方面使露銅區32與定位件50的帽部51接觸,進而使印刷電路板30電性連結於背板40。背板40為大塊的金屬板,可作為良好的接地元件。因此,藉由定位件50的設計,本發明平面顯示模組改善了印刷電路板30的接地,藉以避免電磁干擾及靜電放電等問題。
在本實施例中,定位件50較佳為一凸肩螺絲,包含帽部51及桿部52。帽部51卡合設置於印刷電路板30上,桿部52包含鎖固段521及非鎖固段522,非鎖固段522較接近帽部51而與之連接。在較佳實施例中,鎖固段521為一螺牙部-亦即形成有螺牙的區段,使鎖固段521可以鎖固於背板40的鎖固孔4111,非鎖固段522則為一凸肩部-亦即表面平滑且凸出於鎖固段521的無螺牙區段。
在本實施例中,非鎖固522段的半徑較佳略大於鎖固段521而形成凸肩部,其一側有抵固面5221。抵固面5221可使定位件50在旋緊過程中抵固於側壁41之表面411上,而阻止定位件50往固定於背板40內旋緊。鎖固段521穿過印刷電路板30之貫穿孔31及絕緣結構60之貫穿孔63並鎖固於背板40之表面;非鎖固段522則位於貫穿孔31及貫穿孔63內,且與貫穿孔31之孔壁311及貫穿孔63之側壁夾有間隙,以提供定位件50移位時的彈性空間。
在本實施例中,如圖2A所示,非鎖固段522之長度大於印刷電路板30及絕緣結構60厚度之總合(兩者較佳相差0.5公厘),因此定位件50不會鎖固於絕緣結構60上。圖5為本發明具抗震鎖固結構之平面顯示模組的另一實施例之示意圖。如圖5所示,非鎖固段522之長度可小於印刷電路板30及絕緣結構60厚度之總合,此時鎖固段521同時鎖固於印刷電路板30與絕緣結構60。此種設計有助於固定絕緣結構60的相對位置,並可達到更加緊密的鎖固效果。
藉由定位件51與彈性間隔件62相配合的設計,本發明平面顯示模組一方面可達到印刷電路板30與背板40相互鎖固的效果,另一方面也在印刷電路板30與背板40之間形成一個彈性空間,可供吸收兩者因震動而產生的相對位移,以減少因拉扯而造成損壞。
在其他實施例中,可以其他方式實現彈性間隔件。如圖6A及圖6B所示,彈性間隔件70為環形的橡膠華司(washer)。絕緣結構60在對應於貫穿孔31的位置則形成有容置孔64,彈性間隔件70係容置於其中。環形的彈性間隔件70包圍非鎖固段522的下半部,其頂端抵觸於印刷電路板30上貫穿孔31周圍之環形區域。在圖6A及圖6B所示的實施例中,背板40之表面411上形成有凹槽4112,彈性間隔件70之底端容納於凹槽4112內,並抵觸凹槽4112之底面;然而在其他實施例中,可不形成凹槽4112而使彈性間隔件70之底端直接抵觸於平坦的表面411。此外,在其他實施例中,亦可以彈簧等其他元件取代橡膠華司。

Claims (20)
- 一種顯示模組,包含:一顯示面板,具有一訊號連接端;一軟性電路板,一端電性連接該訊號連接端;一印刷電路板,係電性連接該軟性電路板之另一端;其中,該印刷電路板具有一貫穿孔;一背板,係容置該顯示面板,該軟性電路板橫跨該背板,使該印刷電路板平行於該背板之一表面;一定位件,包含一帽部及一桿部,該桿部包含一鎖固段及一非鎖固段,該非鎖固段較接近該帽部,且其長度大於該印刷電路板之厚度,該鎖固段穿過該印刷電路板之該貫穿孔並鎖固於該背板之該表面,該非鎖固段位於該貫穿孔內,且與該貫穿孔之一孔壁夾有一間隙;以及一彈性間隔件,設置於該背板之該表面及該印刷電路板之間,該彈性間隔件可朝遠離該表面之方向推出該印刷電路板,並使該印刷電路板抵觸於該定位件之該帽部。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示模組,其中該背板包含一側壁,該表面係為該側壁之一外表面,該軟性電路板係彎折以橫跨該側壁上與該外表面相鄰之一端面,使該印刷電路板平行於該外表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示模組,另包含一絕緣結構,設置於該背板及該印刷電路板之間,該定位件係穿過該絕緣結構而鎖固該背板。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示模組,其中該非鎖固段之長 度大於該印刷電路板及該絕緣結構厚度之總合。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示模組,其中該非鎖固段之長度小於該印刷電路板及該絕緣結構厚度之總合,該鎖固段同時鎖固該絕緣結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示模組,其中該絕緣結構係為一塑膠外框圍繞於該背板外側。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之顯示模組,其中該絕緣結構包含一主體與一彈片連接於該主體,該彈性間隔件係為該彈片,該彈片可自該主體朝該印刷電路板方向頂出。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之顯示模組,其中該彈片之一端係連接該絕緣結構,另一端為自由端與該主體分離且朝該印刷電路板頂出。
- 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之顯示模組,其中該自由端係朝向該定位件。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之顯示模組,其中該彈片之兩端分別連接該主體,該彈片之一中段朝該印刷電路板頂出。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示模組,其中該印刷電路板於該貫穿孔之周圍包含一露銅區,該彈性間隔件推出該印刷電路板,使該露銅區與該帽部接觸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示模組,其中該彈性間隔件係為一環形的彈性間隔件,以包圍該定位件,並抵觸於該印刷電路板上該貫穿孔周圍之一環形區域。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示模組,其中該絕緣結構於對應該貫穿孔之位置具有一容置孔,該環形的彈性間隔件係容 置於該容置孔中。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示模組,其中該環形的彈性間隔件之一底端係直接抵觸於該背板之該表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第12項所述之顯示模組,其中該背板之該表面上有一凹槽,該環形的彈性間隔件之一部分係容納於該凹槽內,並抵觸該凹槽之一底面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之顯示模組,其中該鎖固段係為一螺牙區段,該非鎖固段則為一無牙區段。
- 一種顯示模組,包含:一背板,包含一底部與複數個側壁連接於該底部;一顯示面板,配置於該背板上,並平行於該底部;一膠框,包圍並環繞該些側壁,並包含一主體與一彈片,該主體具有一容置孔,該彈片對應於該容置孔設置,並包含一連接端連接於該主體、一自由端相對應該連接端;一印刷電路板,配置於該膠框上以與該自由端接觸,平行於該背板的該些側壁的其中之一,並具有一貫穿孔對應於該容置孔,該側壁則具有一鎖固孔;一軟性電路板,電性連接該顯示面板與該印刷電路板;一凸肩螺絲,包含一帽部、一凸肩部與一螺牙部,該凸肩部連接該帽部與該螺牙部,該螺牙部鎖固於該側壁的該鎖固孔,該凸肩部貫穿該膠框的該容置孔與該印刷電路板的該貫穿孔,該帽部則配置於該印刷電路板上。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之顯示模組,其中該彈片可自該主體朝該印刷電路板方向頂出。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之顯示模組,其中該自由端係朝向該凸肩螺絲。
- 如申請專利範圍第17項所述之顯示模組,其中該印刷電路板於該貫穿孔之周圍包含一露銅區,該彈片推出該印刷電路板,使該露銅區與該帽部接觸。
