Abstract
Description
2、極めて良好な還元性を有し、その酸化還元電位がマイナスである。
3、電解陽極の素材が非炭素材料の時、水中に相当な数量の強力な酸化因子を含有し、例えば、過酸化水素(H2O2)、オゾン(O3)、ヒドロキシラジカル(・OH)等で、一定の殺菌消毒能力を持っている。
図1を参照すると、本実施例の洗浄用水製造装置は、給水口5及び吐水口6を各々設けた貯水タンク1を含み、貯水タンク1が開放型タンクである。貯水タンク1内に一対の陰極2と陽極3を設け、前記一対の陰極2と陽極3間に透水性多孔質膜4を隙間なく挟持され、透水性多孔質膜4の陰極2或いは陽極3と対向する側面の面積は陰極2或いは陽極3の透水性多孔質膜4と対向する側面の面積より小さい。透水性多孔質膜4の透水孔径は2ミリメートルより小さいか又は等しく、且つ1ナノメートルより大きいか又は等しい。

Claims (7)
- 給水口及び吐水口を各々設けた貯水タンクを含み、前記貯水タンク内に少なくとも一対の陰極と陽極を設ける洗浄用水製造装置であって、一対の陰極と陽極間に透水性多孔質膜を隙間なく挟持し、前記透水性多孔質膜の前記陰極或いは前記陽極と対向する側面の面積が前記陰極或いは前記陽極の前記透水性多孔質膜と対向する側面の面積より小さいことを特徴とする洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記透水性多孔質膜の透水孔径が、2ミリメートルより小さいか又は等しく、且つ1ナノメートルより大きいか又は等しいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記陰極と前記陽極のいずれかの表面に開孔することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記透水性多孔質膜と前記陰極と前記陽極内の最小面積比が4:5〜3:5とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記陰極、前記陽極は、いずれも非対称交流パルス電源で給電し、前記電源の順向と逆向パルスピーク電力レベルがいずれも5〜36ボルトで、そのパルス周波数が10〜20ヘルツとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記陰極、前記陽極は、いずれも円形のチタン基体に白金族金属酸化物を被覆して製造された不活性電極を用い、前記透水性多孔質膜は平均疏水孔径が0.01〜0.05マイクロメートルの円形平面限外ろ過膜を用い、前記透水性多孔質膜の厚みが0.2〜1mmとすることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
- 前記透水性多孔質膜が、単層或いは多層とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の洗浄用水製造装置。
