Abstract
Description
・組成に対して60重量%から95重量%までの、低密度ラジカルポリエチレン(LDPE)から選択されるポリエチレンマトリックスと、
・組成に対して5重量%から40重量%までの、2つのポリエチレンの混合物であって、第1のポリエチレンがメタロセンポリエチレンからなり、グラフト鎖形成用モノマーである不飽和カルボン酸で共グラフト化されており、不飽和カルボン酸グラフトが当該混合物のうちの0.5重量%超に相当し、第2のポリエチレンが、低密度ラジカルポリエチレン(LDPE)からなり、MFIまたはメルトフローインデックス(ASTM規格D1238、190℃において2.16kg下)が、4g/10分から15g/10分の間であることを特徴とする混合物とを含む、バインダーに関する。
試験対象のグラフト化されたポリエチレンおよび共グラフト化されたポリエチレンの混合物を、ZSK26MCという共回転型二軸押出装置内で調製した。使用されるグラフト鎖形成用モノマーは、CristalMan社から調達した無水マレイン酸であり、ラジカル発生物質は、Arkema社製のLuperox(R)101である。押出装置には、重量式計量器によって原料供給する。押出条件は、送出速度=46kg/時間、温度=250℃およびスクリュー速度=700rpmだった。導入される無水マレイン酸の量およびLuperox101の量は、目標とする無水マレイン酸含量およびMFI(メルトフローインデックス)に応じて調節する。押出装置は、液封ポンプによって押出装置の終端部で残留物の揮発分を除去できるようにした、脱気用ウェルを備える(脱気用ウェルの中では、P=−0.95バール)。押出装置から退出したグラフト化されたポリエチレンまたは共グラフト化されたポリエチレンの混合物は、水と接触して冷却され、次いでペレタイザーを使用して顆粒化される。
LDPE1:7.5g/10分のMFI(190℃、2.16kg)および0.920の密度を有するラジカル低密度ポリエチレン。
接着試験
同一の厚さであると考えられるすべての上記組成物を、正確に同じ基準に従って、即ち、規格化された同じ接着試験(ISO規格11339に準拠)において同じ支持体上で試験した。
試験は、コーティング加工用の構成にしたDr Collinという商標の押出装置によって実施し、この押出装置内では、試験バインダーがアルミ箔(37μm)上にコーティング加工される。こうした試験のすべては、280℃の温度プロファイルによって実施した。
Claims (9)
- 多層構造のためのバインダーであって、
組成に対して60重量%から95重量%までの、低密度ラジカルポリエチレン(LDPE)から選択されるポリエチレンマトリックスと、
組成に対して5重量%から40重量%までの、2つのポリエチレンの混合物であって、第1のポリエチレンがメタロセンポリエチレンからなり、グラフト鎖形成用モノマーである不飽和カルボン酸で共グラフト化されており、不飽和カルボン酸グラフトが当該混合物のうちの0.5重量%超に相当し、第2のポリエチレンが、低密度ラジカルポリエチレン(LDPE)からなり、MFIまたはメルトフローインデックス(ASTM規格D1238、190℃において2.16kg下)が、4g/10分から15g/10分の間であることを特徴とする混合物と、
を含む、バインダー。 - 第1のポリエチレンが、ポリエチレン混合物に対して50重量%から70重量%までの比率で前記混合物中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバインダー。
- 2つのポリエチレンの混合物のMFIまたはメルトフローインデックスが、5g/10分から10g/10分の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバインダー。
- 2つのポリエチレンの混合物の不飽和カルボン酸グラフトが、前記ポリエチレン混合物のうちの0.5重量%から2重量%の間に相当し、好ましくは0.6重量%から1.2重量%の間に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。
- 不飽和カルボン酸が、無水マレイン酸からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバインダー。
- この押出コーティング加工用組成物または押出ラミネート加工用組成物の実用を容易にするための、0.1%から5%の間の、ブロッキング防止剤、流動化剤、抗酸化剤、充填剤、顔料、着色料および加工助剤から選択される機能性添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバインダーであって、前記添加剤の幾つかは、マスターバッチの形態で前記組成物中に導入することができる、バインダー。
- 少なくとも1つの金属層を含む複数の隣接層を含む多層構造であって、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバインダーが、前記金属層に直接付着していることを特徴とする、多層構造。
- 金属層が、アルミニウム、鉄、銅、スズ、ニッケル、銀、クロム、金、亜鉛またはこれらの金属の少なくとも1つを含有する合金の層であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の多層構造。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバインダーを調製するステップを含む、請求項7または8に記載の多層構造を製造するための方法であって、前記バインダーは、後で金属層とポリマー層との間にフィルムの形態で配列され、前記バインダーの配列が、押出コーティング加工/押出ラミネート加工または共押出コーティング加工/共押出ラミネート加工によって作り出されることを特徴とする、方法。
