Abstract
Description
以下では本発明の第1実施例による滅菌装置の真空排気システムの適用例について説明する。
例えば、50℃で、60重量%濃度の過酸化水素水での過酸化水素蒸気の気化率は13%であるため、残りの87%は水蒸気であることを意味し、80重量%濃度の過酸化水素水での過酸化水素蒸気の気化率は40%であるため、残りの60%が水蒸気であることを意味する。
100Lの内部容積を有し、50℃を維持する滅菌チェンバで分当り600Lの排気性能を有する油真空ポンプを使用して排気される速度を測定した。
以下では図3の本発明の第1実施例による滅菌装置の真空排気システムによる効果を測定した。
特に、乾式真空ポンプを使用しない一般的な場合は約600回目程度を使用すると、油真空ポンプの油に水蒸気がトラップされて油真空ポンプが目標とする真空度に到達せず、真空ポンプとしての役割をすることができないが、本発明による乾式真空ポンプを使用する場合、2000回までも使用可能であることが分かる。

Claims (15)
- 滅菌チェンバと、
前記滅菌チェンバの一側に連結される第1真空ポンプと、
前記滅菌チェンバから流入される蒸気が前記第1真空ポンプを経て排気されるためのオイルミストトラップ部と、
前記第1真空ポンプと前記オイルミストトラップ部に連結される第2真空ポンプを含む滅菌装置の真空排気システム。 - 前記滅菌チェンバの他側に連結される滅菌剤水溶液供給装置をさらに含む請求項1に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第1真空ポンプは油真空ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第2真空ポンプは油を使用しない乾式真空ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第2真空ポンプは前記第1真空ポンプの作動油が一定の圧力の真空度に露出するようにし、前記一定の圧力は前記作動油に捕集された水分が沸騰点以下になる圧力であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記一定の圧力は50ないし150mbの圧力であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第2真空ポンプは前記第1真空ポンプと前記オイルミストトラップ部に直列連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第2真空ポンプと前記第1真空ポンプとの間に第1経路開閉バルブ部を含む請求項7に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第1真空ポンプと前記オイルミストトラップ部との間に第2経路開閉バルブ部を含む請求項8に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 前記第1真空ポンプと前記オイルミストトラップ部との間に位置する第1経路開閉バルブ部を含み、
前記第1真空ポンプと前記オイルミストトラップ部との間で、前記第2真空ポンプ及び前記第1経路開閉バルブ部は並列連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。 - 前記第1経路開閉バルブ部はチェックバルブであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システム。
- 第1真空ポンプをonさせて真空チェンバを排気する段階と、
第2真空ポンプをonさせて前記第1真空ポンプの作動油を真空状態にする段階と、
前記第1真空ポンプの作動油に捕集された水蒸気を気化させる段階を含む滅菌装置の真空排気システムの真空排気方法。 - 前記第1真空ポンプの作動油に捕集された水蒸気を気化させる段階の後、
前記第1真空ポンプはOffさせて前記第2真空ポンプのon状態を維持する段階、および前記第2真空ポンプをOffさせる段階をさらに含む請求項12に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システムの真空排気方法。 - 前記第1真空ポンプの作動油に捕集された水蒸気を気化させる段階の後、
前記第2真空ポンプをOffさせる段階を含む請求項12に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システムの真空排気方法。 - 前記第1真空ポンプをonさせて真空チェンバを排気する段階の後、
前記第1真空ポンプをOffさせて真空チェンバの排気を終了する段階をさらに含む請求項12に記載の滅菌装置の真空排気システムの真空排気方法。
