Description
本実験例では容量130Lの滅菌チャンバを使用し、前記滅菌チャンバの設定温度は50℃とした。また、前述した図2を参照して使用した配管の長さは第1連結配管と第2連結配管を合わせた長さを250mmとし、第3連結配管と第4連結配管を合わせた長さを800mmとし、第5連結配管の長さは200mmとした。

Claims (10)
- 滅菌チャンバと、
前記滅菌チャンバの一側に連結される真空ポンプと、
前記滅菌チャンバの他の一側に連結される気化器と、
一側は前記気化器と連結され、他側は前記滅菌チャンバと連結される収集器を含み、
前記収集器は冷却手段をさらに含み、
前記収集器に投入された過酸化水素水の過酸化水素蒸気は前記収集器に凝縮し、前記過酸化水素水の水蒸気は前記収集器から前記滅菌チャンバを経て排気されることを特徴とする滅菌装置。 - 前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間に位置する気化バルブをさらに含み、
前記気化バルブは前記滅菌チャンバと前記気化器との間の経路にも位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の滅菌装置。 - 前記気化バルブは、一側は前記滅菌チャンバと連結され、他側は前記気化器及び前記収集器と並列連結される請求項2に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間に位置する収集バルブをさらに含み、
前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間で前記気化バルブと前記収集バルブが並列連結される請求項2に記載の滅菌装置。 - 前記収集器と前記気化バルブを連結する第1連結配管、前記気化バルブと前記滅菌チャンバを連結する第2連結配管、前記収集器と前記収集バルブを連結する第3連結配管、前記収集バルブと前記滅菌チャンバを連結する第4連結配管及び前記気化器と前記気化バルブを連結する第5連結配管をさらに含む請求項4に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記第1連結配管の内径及び前記第2連結配管の内径は前記第3連結配管または前記第4連結配管の内径より大きく、前記第5連結配管の内径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間に位置する収集バルブ及び前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間に位置する燻蒸バルブをさらに含み、
前記滅菌チャンバと前記収集器との間に前記収集バルブと前記燻蒸バルブが並列連結される請求項1に記載の滅菌装置。 - 前記滅菌チャンバと前記気化器との間に位置する気化バルブをさらに含み、
前記気化バルブの一側は前記滅菌チャンバと連結され、前記気化バルブの他側は前記気化器及び前記収集器と直列連結される請求項7に記載の滅菌装置。 - 前記気化器と前記気化バルブを連結する第1連結配管、前記気化バルブと前記滅菌チャンバを連結する第2連結配管、前記収集器と前記収集バルブを連結する第3連結配管、前記収集バルブと前記滅菌チャンバを連結する第4連結配管、前記収集器と前記燻蒸バルブを連結する第5連結配管、前記燻蒸バルブと前記滅菌チャンバを連結する第6連結配管、及び前記気化器及び前記収集器を連結する第7連結配管をさらに含む請求項8に記載の滅菌装置。
- 前記第5連結配管及び第6連結配管の内径は前記第1連結配管または前記第2連結配管の内径より大きく、前記第3連結配管または前記第4連結配管の内径より大きく、前記第7連結配管の内径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の滅菌装置。
