Claims (11)
- マトリクスを形成する少なくとも1つのポリマー材料および同化剤を含む物質送達システムであって、

前記マトリクスは二相性の足場または二相性の膜であり、
前記同化剤は、5〜100mcg/システムの用量のFGF−18化合物である、前記物質送達システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料は、コラーゲンとグリコサミノグリカン(GAG)との組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の物質送達システム。
- 軟骨形成細胞を更に含む、請求項1又は2に記載の物質送達システム。
- 前記FGF−18化合物は、
a)配列番号1の第28〜207位の残基を含むヒトFGF−18成熟型を含むまたは該成熟型から成るポリペプチド、および
b)配列番号2を含むかまたは配列番号2から成るポリペプチド
から成る群より選択される、請求項1に記載の物質送達システム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の物質送達システムを製造する方法であって、
a)少なくとも1つのポリマー材料を含むマトリクスを調製する工程;および、
b)同化剤を、工程a)で調製したマトリクスに添加する工程;ここで、前記同化剤は、前記マトリクスを形成する前記少なくとも1つのポリマー材料内に含まれる、を含む前記方法。 - c)軟骨形成細胞を、工程a)で調製したマトリクスに添加する工程;
を更に含む、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 軟骨障害の治療における使用のための、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の物質送達システム。
- 前記軟骨障害は、変形性関節症、軟骨損傷、および骨軟骨欠損より選択される、
請求項7に記載の使用のための物質送達システム。 - 前記物質送達システムは、移植手順により前記治療を必要とする患者に投与される、請求項7または8に記載の使用のための物質送達システム。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の物質送達システムを含む製品。
- 構成要素の各々は、移植前または移植後のいずれかに結合される、請求項10に記載の製品。
