Claims (16)
1. Система доставки вещества, включающая по меньшей мере один полимерный материал, формирующий матрицу, и анаболическое лекарственное средство, где по меньшей мере один полимерный материал является коллагеном, и где указанное анаболическое лекарственное средство включено по меньшей мере в один полимерный материал, формирующий матрицу.
2. Система доставки вещества по п.1, где матрица является каркасом или мембраной.
3. Система доставки вещества по п.2, где каркас является двухфазным каркасом, или где мембрана является бислойной мембраной.
4. Система доставки вещества по любому из пп.1-3, где по меньшей мере один полимерный материал является комбинацией коллагена и гликозаминогликана (GAG).
5. Система доставки вещества по любому из предыдущих пунктов, которая дополнительно включает хондрогенные клетки.
6. Система доставки вещества по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где анаболическое лекарственное средство является соединением FGF-18.
7. Система доставки вещества по п.6, где соединение FGF-18 выбрано из группы, состоящей из:
a) полипептида, включающего или состоящего из зрелой формы человеческого FGF-18, включающей остатки 28-207 из SEQ ID NO:1, или
b) полипептида, включающего или состоящего из SEQ ID NO:2.
8. Способ получения системы доставки вещества по любому из пп.1-7, который включает следующие этапы: a) получение матрицы, включающей по меньшей мере один полимерный материал, и b) добавление анаболического лекарственного средства в матрицу, полученную в этапе a), где указанное анаболическое лекарственное средство включено по меньшей мере в один полимерный материал, формирующий матрицу.
9. Способ по п.8, который дополнительно включает этап c) добавления хондрогенных клеток в матрицу, полученную в этапе a).
10. Система доставки вещества по любому из пп.1-7 для применения в лечении поражения хряща.
11. Система доставки вещества для применения по п.10, где поражение хряща выбрано из остеоартрита, повреждения хряща и костно-хрящевых дефектов.
12. Система доставки вещества для применения по п.10 или 11, где систему доставки вещества вводят пациенту, нуждающемуся в указанном лечении, посредством процедуры трансплантации.
13. Изделие, включающее систему доставки вещества по любому из пп.1-7.
14. Изделие по п.13, где каждый из компонентов объединены до имплантации или после имплантации.
