Abstract
Description
適用例1:
レーザープリンター用のラベルフィルム
レーザープリンターを、図3のように構成されたラベルの紙面を印刷するために用いた。ここで、フィルムの表面を、130〜135℃に短期間(時間:<1秒)で加熱した。熱に直接曝される面と熱に曝される面と反対の面が、加熱及び冷却の点で異なるにも関わらず、カーリング効果を防止することができた。
図4のように構成されたカバーシートを製造する際に、ビチューメンの施与中に、熱に直接曝される面と熱に曝される面と反対の面との異なる加熱及び冷却が、冷却プロセス中に起こる。
次の原料を例で用いた:
r−PP HeCo ランダムポリプロピレン異相(ブロック)コポリマー、Liondell Basell社
PP HeCo ポリプロピレン異相(ブロック)コポリマー、Prasken社(7〜9%のエチレン割合)
接着促進ポリマー 無水マレイン酸基によって変性されたポリプロピレン、三井社
CoPA ε−カプロラクタム−イソホロンジアミン及びイソテレフタル酸から形成された、約5%のイソホロンジアミン割合を有するコポリアミド、Lanxess社
r−PP ランダムポリプロピレンコポリマー、Liondell Basell社(2〜4%のエチレン割合)
フィルムを、r−PP HeCo 100%から成る層から、80μmの層厚で製造した。
フィルムを、r−PP HeCo 50%及びPP HeCo 50%の層から、80μmの層厚で製造した。
フィルムを、2つの層から製造した。第一の層は、r−PP HeCo(50%)及びPP HeCo(50%)から成り、20μmの層厚を有していた。第二の層は、PP HeCo 100%から成り、60μmの層厚を有していた。
フィルムを、3つの層から製造した。第一の層は、r−PP HeCo(50%)及びPP HeCo(50%)から成り、かつ44μmの層厚を有していた。第二の層は、接着促進ポリマー(100%)から成り、6μmの層厚を有していた。第三の層は、CoPA(100%)から成り、25μmの層厚を有していた。
フィルムを、5つの層から製造した。第一の層は、r−PP HeCo(50%)から成り、44μmの層厚を有していた。第二の層は、接着促進ポリマー(100%)から成り、6μmの層厚を有していた。第三の層は、CoPA(100%)から成り、25μmの層厚を有していた。第四の層は、接着促進ポリマー(100%)から成り、6μmの層厚を有していた。第五の層は、r−PP HeCo(50%)及びPP HeCo(50%)から成り、44μmの層厚を有していた。
比較例1
フィルムを、r−PP 50%及びPP HeCo 50%から成る層から、80μmの層厚で製造した。
フィルムを、2つの層から製造した。第一の層は、r−PP 50%及びPP HeCo 50%から成り、20μmの層厚を有していた。第二の層は、PP HeCo(100%)から成り、60μmの層厚を有していた。
フィルムを、PP HeCo 100%から成る層から、80μmの層厚で製造した。
フィルムを、紙担体に(110℃で30秒間の収縮率<1%)自己接着性組成物(3M社の接着テープ)を用いて貼り付け、そしてレーザープリンター(HP:1320n型)により印刷した。レーザープリンターにおいてインク粒子をフィルムに定着させる操作は、130〜135℃の温度及び0.5〜1秒間の継続時間を有する。

- 少なくとも50質量%のランダムポリプロピレン異相(ブロック)コポリマーを含む少なくとも第一の層(1)を有するフィルム。
- 前記第一の層(1)が更なるポリプロピレンポリマー又はポリプロピレンコポリマーを含む、請求項1記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、ポリプロピレンポリマー又はポリプロピレンコポリマー(2)を含む第二の層を含む、請求項1又は2記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、第二の層として、鉱油に対して不浸透性のバリア層(3)を含む、請求項1又は2記載のフィルム。
- 前記バリア層(3)がポリアミドコポリマーを含む、請求項4記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、前記層(1)と(3)との間に接着促進層(4)を含む、請求項4又は5記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムが、組成について層(1)に相当する層(1’)及び前記層(3)と(1’)との間に第二の接着促進層(4’)を含む、請求項6記載のフィルム。
- 前記層(1)の厚さが少なくとも5μmである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの全厚が少なくとも20μmである、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のフィルム、紙(5)及び感圧接着剤(6)を含むラベル。
