本发明涉及一种用于标签和盖片的膜,当从一面用热进行处理时,该膜在尺寸上是稳定的。
对于涉及一面热处理的应用,用于现有技术中的膜一般是PVC膜,因为这些膜不会显示出卷曲效应。然而,PVC膜的问题是它们的可再利用性差。
从专利公开DE 10246864 A1中已知一种不含PVC的盖片,其由膜/沥青复合材料构成,为了防止卷曲效应,该复合材料包含具有不同热膨胀系数的两个膜层。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种可再循环利用的、不贵的、以及在性能上堪比PVC膜的膜。另一个目的是提供包括该膜的标签和盖片。
以上目的通过具有至少一个第一层的膜来实现,所述第一层包含至少50重量%的无规多相聚丙烯(嵌段)共聚物。

多相聚丙烯(嵌段)共聚物与至少50重量%的无规聚丙烯多相(嵌段)共聚物的共混物使结晶效应例如聚丙烯的重结晶最小化,且防止在不同情况下由作用于一面的温度引起的收缩效应,和在温度暴露面上的单侧卷曲。为了实现稳定的加工性能,涂布或印刷优选在所有聚合物的熔点以下进行。
结果表明,对于通过吹膜工艺或铸膜工艺制备的膜,无规聚丙烯(r-PP)的单独使用在温度作用于一面的应用中由于产生的分子取向引起过度的收缩和卷曲效应。

图4示出盖片的优选实施方案。该盖片由图2中示出的由层1、4、3、4′和1′构成的膜组件以及施用至层1′的沥青层构成。另外,可以施用防滑涂层到盖片的上表面。该盖片尤其适用于密封屋顶区域。在这两个替代方案中,均通过离型膜或离型纸保护胶黏剂。
实施例
应用实施例1:
用于激光打印机的标签膜
使用激光打印机在结构为如图3所示的标签的纸面上进行打印。在此,加热膜的表面到130℃至135℃,持续短的时间(时间<1秒)。尽管直接暴露于温度的面和远离温度暴露面的面的加热和冷却有差异,但是可以防止卷曲效应。
应用实施例2:
当制备结构为如图4所示的盖片时,在沥青的施用期间,直接暴露于温度的面和远离温度暴露的面的不同的加热和冷却在冷却过程中发生。
温度暴露的差异尤其发生在用沥青涂覆时或涂覆之后通常的反向冷却期间。在此,在一面上对膜进行冷却,而相对面用沥青进行涂覆。这在用160℃至170℃的直接涂覆中和用最高140℃的间接涂覆中发生。尽管有一面的温度暴露,但是可以防止卷曲效应。
此外,评估以下实施例以评价卷曲效应。
在实施例中使用以下原材料:
r-PP HeCo无规聚丙烯多相(嵌段)共聚物,来自于Liondell Basel
PP HeCo聚丙烯多相(嵌段)共聚物,来自于Prasken(7%至9%的乙烯部分)
黏合-促进聚合物通过马来酸酐基团改性的聚丙烯,来自于Mitsui
CoPA共聚酰胺,由ε-己内酰胺-异佛尔酮二胺和间苯二甲酸

实施例3
膜由两个层制成。第一层由r-PP HeCo(50%)和PP HeCo(50%)组成,层厚度为20μm。第二层由100%的PP HeCo组成,层厚度为60μm。
实施例4
膜由三个层制成。第一层由r-PP HeCo(50%)和PP HeCo(50%)组成,层厚度为44μm。第二层由黏合-促进聚合物(100%)组成,层厚度为6μm。第三层由CoPA(100%)组成,层厚度为25μm。
实施例5
膜由五个层制成。第一层由r-PP HeCo(50%)组成,层厚度为44μm。第二层由黏合-促进聚合物(100%)组成,层厚度为6μm。第三层由CoPA(100%)组成,层厚度为25μm。第四层由黏合-促进聚合物(100%)组成,层厚度为6μm。第五层由r-PP HeCo(50%)和PP HeCo(50%)组成,层厚度为44μm。
另外,制备以下比较例:
比较例1
膜由层制成,所述层由50%的r-PP和50%的PP HeCo组成,层厚度为80μm。
比较例2
膜由两个层制成。第一层由50%的r-PP和PP HeCo(50%)组成,层厚度为20μm。第二层由PP HeCo(100%)组成,层厚度为60μm。
比较例3
膜由层制成,所述层由100%的PP HeCo组成,层厚度为80μm。
对实施例和比较例进行如下评估:
用自黏组合物(来自3M的胶带)将膜贴至纸载体(在110℃下30秒,收缩<1%),并通过激光打印机(HP;型号1320n)打印。在激光打印机中,将油墨颗粒定影于膜上的操作的温度为130℃至135℃,持续时间为0.5秒至1秒。
用以下评价量度确定卷曲度:
++=无卷曲
+=轻微卷曲
-=高度卷曲
--=非常高度的卷曲
结果示于表1中。

Claims (12)

1.一种标签,其包括膜、纸(5)和压敏胶黏剂(6),其中所述膜具有至少第一层(1),所述第一层包含至少50重量%的无规聚丙烯多相(嵌段)共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的标签,其中,所述第一层(1)包含另外的聚丙烯聚合物或聚丙烯共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的标签,其中,所述膜包括第二层(2),所述第二层包含聚丙烯聚合物或聚丙烯共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的标签,其中,所述第一层(1)的厚度为至少5μm。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的标签,其中,所述膜的总厚度为至少20μm。
6.一种盖片,其包括膜和胶黏剂(7),所述膜具有至少第一层(1),和不能渗透矿物油的隔层(3)作为第二层,所述第一层(1)包含至少50重量%的无规聚丙烯多相(嵌段)共聚物和任选地另一种聚丙烯聚合物或聚丙烯共聚物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的盖片,其中,所述隔层(3)包含聚酰胺共聚物。
8.根据权利要求6或7中任一项所述的盖片,其中,所述膜包括在第一层(1)和隔层(3)之间的黏合-促进层(4)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的盖片,其中,所述膜包括在组成上与第一层(1)对应的层(1'),并且包括在隔层(3)和在组成上与第一层(1)对应的层(1')之间的第二黏合-促进层(4')。
10.根据权利要求6所述的盖片,其中,胶黏剂(7)是沥青或自黏密封胶。
11.根据权利要求6所述的盖片,其中,所述第一层(1)的厚度为至少5μm。
12.根据权利要求6所述的盖片,其中,所述膜的总厚度为至少20μm。
