Abstract
Description
ステップ1:購入したプリプレグを適切な形状および寸法(所望の3次元プリフォームを2次元的に展開することによって得られる)に切り、半製品を形成するのに求められる適切な形状および寸法のプリプレグの複数の層を積み重ねる;
ステップ2:半製品を加熱してそれからホットスタンプし、3次元プリフォームを形成する;
ステップ3:3次元プリフォームをホットスタンプ型から取り出し、それから3次元プリフォームを冷却後に機械加工(外形仕上げまたはドリルなど)し、それを所望の最終寸法および幾何学的形状にする;
ステップ4:プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスおよびオーバーモールド樹脂にその後のオーバーモールドで良好な接着もたらすように、プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスの融点よりも高い温度まで3次元プリフォームを再加熱する;
ステップ5:熱い3次元プリフォームをオーバーモールド型に移し、射出成形によって3次元プリフォームに熱可塑性樹脂部をオーバーモールドし、それによって補強材(3次元プリフォームから成る)およびオーバーモールド樹脂部を含む3次元部品を最終的に得る。
ステップA:購入したプリプレグおよび金属製ネットを適切な形状および寸法(所望の3次元プリフォームを2次元的に展開することによって通常得られる)に切る。
ステップB:本発明に従った半製品を形成するのに求められる適切な形状および寸法のプリプレグの複数の層および金属製ネットを重ねる;
ステップC: プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスの融点よりも高い温度まで半製品を加熱する;
ステップD:型(ホットスタンプ型など)で半製品を3次元的に形成する;
ステップE:プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスの融点よりも低い温度で型から取り出し、所望の3次元形状の3次元プリフォーム2を得る;
ステップF:3次元プリフォームを冷却後に機械加工(外形仕上げまたはドリル)し、それを所望の最終寸法および幾何学的形状の3次元プリフォーム3にする;
ステップG:プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスおよびオーバーモールド樹脂にその後のオーバーモールドで良好な接着もたらすように、プリプレグ樹脂マトリックスの融点よりも高い温度まで3次元プリフォーム3を再加熱する;
ステップH:熱い3次元プリフォームをオーバーモールド型に移す;
ステップI:オーバーモールド型でオーバーモールドステップを行う、すなわち、3次元プリフォーム3に熱可塑性樹脂部16をオーバーモールドする(例えば射出成形によって);
ステップJ:補強材(3次元プリフォーム3から成る)およびオーバーモールド樹脂部16を含む3次元部品4を最終的に得るように、型から取り出す。

- 第1プリプレグ層と第2プリプレグ層とを含む、プリプレグで作られている半製品であって、金属層が、前記第1プリプレグ層と前記第2プリプレグ層との間に置かれ、前記金属層は、金属製ネットであることを特徴とする、半製品。
- 請求項1に記載の半製品であって、前記第1プリプレグ層と前記第2プリプレグ層とに含まれる熱可塑性樹脂が軟化するとき、前記金属層は、依然として固体状態にあることを特徴とする、半製品。
- 請求項1または2に記載の半製品であって、前記第1プリプレグ層と前記第2プリプレグ層とは、前記金属製ネットと同じ形状および寸法を有することを特徴とする、半製品。
- 請求項2に記載の半製品であって、金属は、鉄、軟鋼、銅合金およびアルミニウム合金、から成るグループから選ばれることを特徴とする、半製品。
