Claims (12)
- 多層構造を備えた無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)であって、少なくとも一つの、特に走行側を形成する第一の層(6,10)と少なくとも一つの、特に支持側を形成する第二の層(5)を備えており、層(5,6,10)の内の少なくとも一つが、引張部材を形成する少なくとも一つの層(7)および/または別の層と接着層(8)により接続されている無端搬送ベルトにおいて、
接着層(8)が接着剤の第一の部分ならびに潤滑剤の第二の部分を備えた複合体を含んでいることを特徴とする無端搬送ベルト。 - 潤滑剤の部分が、第一のおよび/または第二の層(5,6,10)の引張部材を形成する層(7)と反対側を向いた外側に集まることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 潤滑剤の一部分が走行側に平らに堆積することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 複合体がPVCパウダーを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 複合体が安定剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 複合体が結合剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 複合体がPU接着剤を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 複合体が天然のあるいは人工の蝋、シリコン、澱粉、油、ポリシロキサン、および/またはポリジメチルシロキサンを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 引張部材を形成する層(7)が、繊維の布地、繊維の糸状体、プラスチックワイヤ、不織布材料および/またはプラスチックフィルムの少なくとも一つの層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 第二の層(5)が潤滑剤の一部分を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 第一の層(6,10)が実質的に布地、ニット製品、編物、フィルムおよび/または被膜から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜10いずれか一つに記載の無端搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)。
- 搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)の裏側を形成する層(6,10)のための接触面を備えた搬送ベルト(1)の支持に使用されるスライドテーブル(4)を有する請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の搬送ベルト(1,9,11,13)を備えた搬送装置(2)。
